I want to praise one of your managers, Jenny, on her Super-hero level of patience.I was at the customer service counter returning something and Jenny was helping a couple next to me who were berating her for not being able to return something bought at the River's Walmart.Even after explaining to them that they could return their item to the Rivers location and her not being able to change that fact. The female customer kept aggressively Karen'ing her and asking for the complaint number and what her name was.On a separate note: If someone makes a complaint or neg. review about Jenny and/or about not being able to return something. Those people were 100% in the wrong and deserve to have Bedbugs.Jenny was absolutely professional.

I had a terrible experience buying tires at Walmart on 605 St. James Ave inGoose Creek. I ordered them on January 9, expecting delivery on January 12. However, when I went to the auto service on January 13, they said my tires were not in stock and delayed. After days of waiting, I called Walmart's auto service to inquire about the delivery date. Surprisingly, they told me to contact FedEx to find out why my order was delayed. Why should I, and not Walmart, check on my order? It turned out FedEx delivered the tires on time, but a careless employee entered them as delayed. I was furious! After numerous calls, my tires were found in the warehouse. When I asked to schedule a tire installation, they said I had to do it online. Strangely, my tires were still marked as undelivered in the system, and the auto service tab was inactive. After another call, we agreed that I would come on a day with a queue and wait for my turn. I arrived on January 20, left my car, keys, and phone number. Unfortunately, the woman handling it wrote down my phone number incorrectly. I waited most of the day for a call! This purchase was a headache! Next time, maybe it's worth spending extra to go to a better place. Think about your nerves before saving money and ordering from Walmart; you get what you pay for.

This Walmart is WAY overcrowded and of course none of the registers are open because corporate Walmart is too cheap to pay their workers or employ enough workers. Walmart had enough money and time to install new security monitoring but not it's people. avoid this Walmart at all cost. North Charleston is even worse.

We shop here regularly. Today as we were shopping Travis, who was at the checkout, was very nasty to an elderly woman who was just trying to check out. When I told him it wasn't nice to treat the elderly like that--he got very nasty and belligerent with me. I'm sure you don't want people working in your store who are belligerent to the elderly.

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service ever. As I type this I've been waiting for 2 hours and 15 minutes to pickup my grocery order. I received a message saying there was a two hour delay in my order so once the order ready message was received I headed up to the storeUpon my arriving 19 of the 20 spots weee filled, number 11 was blocked off due to construction. I checked in on the app and then waited and waited and waitedAfter three unanswered calls to the pickup line: 843-718-4173 also the number on the picture I went to the door to see what was going onWas told they were short handed which I can understand but make the effort to communicate this to the 19 people waiting and others that continue to pull into the pickup areaNumerous cars left to then be replaced by other cars taking their spot to play the waiting gameOnce finally speaking to someone I asked what happens at 8 since that is the advertised closing time. The young man said I'm not sure, my shift is over at 8 and I'm leavingThank you Wal-Mart for hiring such a standup staff to be the face of your customer experience. I understand you are a low cost leader in the industry but this is unacceptable customer service regardless of your position in the marketplace.

I've been waiting one hour for a Curbside pick up. This store is terrible. I would give it zero stars if I could.

It takes 3 hours to pick up an online order. Fin- that's it....I mean I wish I had more to say but I've literally even sitting here for 2.5 hours for my order, have called 16 times (no answer) and all I can do is sit here and think about my life and the choices I've made (one being coming here) - Nope I'm good

We have been waiting over an hour to pickup our groceries. First they said there would be a two hour hour delay ok. They finally called and said v order was ready. We had to wait 45 mins in line to get into a numbered parking spot. Now it's been over an hour and three people have been helped the entire time!!! I tried calling a manager and first time they transferred me and was hung up on. Then I have been trying to call fort the last 45 mins with no one answering the phone at all!!! This has happened several times now!!! I will be switching places!!!!

Horrible customer service ! Spoke with the manger after waiting over an hour for the pick up . All he could tell me was he has everyone back there that he can possibly spare. I cancelled the order . If you can't handle the business shut the online pickup down .

Well, organized store in Moncks corner much better than goose Creek. The selections of meats were great.
