“My wife and I had a great experience with them this past Saturday. We stopped in for a used vehicle about an hour before they closed and found that the vehicle was actually at another lot. The salesman asked if we were interested in a new one and we looked at a few. Even with us getting there late, they pushed through all of the paperwork and approval process and we drove away with a new 2025 Expedition Max Active. Great service and dedication to customer service. After we left and got home, we realized that we had forgotten something in the trade in and I called our salesman that night around 8:30PM, he called his manager and they drove back to the dealership, retrieved our item and brought it to our house that same night. This is what great customer service looks like. I have purchased about 3 or 4 vehicles from them in the past and will continue to do so in the future. “Best customer service I’ve ever had. I roll in Christmas Eve, an hour before they close, with my truck smoking from a busted radiator hose. These guys bent over backwards to help me. Ordered the part same day, promised me it would be fixed by end of day on Friday in time for me to get home for pre-deployment training. I get a call Friday at 2:30 that it’s done waiting on me. Im from out of town but I’d drive the hour and 45 minutes to use this dealership again. Great experience all around and stand up folks!”
