The team at Miracle made it easy to buy a car. My salesperson, Ruben, listened to my priorities and found the solution to what I wanted. Also, Kyle and the finance team had the solutions to make it happen. The vehicle and options I wanted wasn't at the dealer, or even in town. Ruben went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted and brought it back to the dealership. The team made me a great deal I couldn't turn down. I definitely will return and recommend.

Miracle Maintenance Team,I am unclear what changes have occurred recently, however my last visit for maintenance (from the garage to the front office) was by far not the typical visit. Previous visits kept my business traveling from Fort Eisenhower, GA to the Aiken area. I brought my car in for an oil change and an issue that I described as sputtering/ hesitation when accelerating.On this day It took four phone calls in between 930am to 4pm to get an update on my vehicle which ultimately happened at 410pm. By the time I received a call back I was told I needed a new transmission, and the gentlemen on the phone could not confirm that the oil change had been completed. He mentioned the oil change could be done if I picked up my car by six. I cannot even begin to tell you how inconvenient it was to have to pick my car up there that night.Keep in mind I dropped my car off the night before for a scheduled 7am appointment, and not to mention my car didn’t make it in the garage until 9am (confirmed on first phone call at 930am).When I picked up my car I spoke to the mechanic who confirmed the issue was my torque converter which could not receive maintenance which lead to his recommendation that I needed a new transmission.5 days later and a different shop for a second opinion resulted in a cylinder #1 misfire and I basically got a tune up which was probably anywhere between $10,000-$15,000 less than the Miracle Maintenance’ Team’s repair recommendation.I will end how I started, I am unclear what changes have occurred recently but you might want to take a look around b/c the caliber of work and or employees are an issue in my case.One last thing, you might want to tell your employees not to mention to customers when OSHA comes in and shuts your shop down for an extended period of time. That didn’t your team have a good look that day either on top of everything mentioned above.

Very nice and worked with me to accommodate me and my terms. Friendly knowledgeable great service in financing and came to help me and go over all the great digital items. I could not be more please and Ruben was wonderful. He was straight forward, direct and so helpful. I love my Grand Cherokee

There’s so much i could say about the staff here at Miracle CDJR ! They are nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend Jordan. C as she was my sales woman ! She exceeded my expectations & was nothing short of amazing. Big thanks to Omari for his persistent help in aiding me to find the perfect vehicle for me and my needs ! Also, the manager Mr. Dennis absolutely amazing gentleman. He was very reasonable, professional, & experienced, he’s amazing ! Even the finance office with Devin was quick & efficient. I didn’t feel pressured through the process nor belittled . I was treated with upstanding dignity, respect, and fairness ! If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle here, i highly 10/10 recommend ! Ask for Jordan she’s amazing !

Terrible service, terrible Chrysler! Never use this service, the attitude towards customers is worse than you can imagine. They constantly lie and do nothing without constant pushing! And specifically this service and the Chrysler corporation. In order:1) They diagnosed the breakdown only a week later! Although they promised in 2 days.2) They said that they should receive a new part for repair under warranty within a week, I’ve been waiting for 49 days already3) 14 days ago they said that the part was already in their service, they are only waiting for permission from Chrysler to replace it under warranty. Why didn't we get this approval within the first month? Rhetorical question4) The Chrysler Corporation customer support department also does nothing. Dozens of calls and requests, even return calls have to wait for long days! Nobody just cares! Nobody does anything. 5) My car is my job. I have already lost more than 40 thousand dollars income. And every day this amount increases. Plus monthly payments for the car - Chrysler Capital. Such gratitude for choosing Chrysler cars.

Highly recommend this dealership. Everyone was helpful and nice. Ruben was the salesman who helped my wife and I he was great not your typical aggressive salesman. They got us into a 2024 wrangler with an awesome warranty. We were in an out in about an hour so super quick

Horrible Service Dept!! Dropped my vehicle off on 08/21 and was told it would be pulled into the shop that day or the next with a 3 to 5 day estimate on repairs. Between myself and my husband, we contacted the service dept around 10 times and could never get a straight answer on anything. It was there for 10 days. We were given the run around from day one. Do not take your vehicle here for any service or repairs. To say their communication is subpar is giving them way too much credit. Totally unacceptable service experience.

Went out of the way to find a truck at another dealership and gave me a fair price on my trade in from the start. Excellent purchasing experience. I'd go back when I'm ready to purchase again.

Absolutely horrible. Took my father's car there and they had it for a month! I spent 1100 dollars there and they still don't know what's wrong with it. They just threw parts at it misdiagnosed it twice. The service advisor never called, the new service manager is clueless. Then to top it all off. The great general manager has the nerve to hang up on my father. I will be posting all the bills and texts and lies later. I asked for who ever is above the Gm and got told they will call me back. Never going to get a call.

Awesome experience Ruben Travis took care of all my questions and the whole experience was amazing. Great price and my wife and I couldn’t be any happier. The finance dept was great to deal with. Great warranty and miracle is the best around.

I dropped my jeep off for a recall and oil change at 8:30 AM for a 9 o’clock appointment. They offered me their shuttle service which I accepted. I watched the technician drive my vehicle into a service bag at 8:45. At 9:15 I went to the service desk and asked about that ride. No one was there. I waited a few moments and approached a person behind the parts counter, who is very nice. She said it would be just a few minutes. Shuttle driver was putting gas in the vehicle. It was just down the road, just a few minutes. At 9:35. I had to get a little loud because I’ve now been waiting an hour and 5 minutes for a ride. At 9:45 I was approached for that ride and to my surprise (wait for it…) it was the very same technician that drove my vehicle into the service bay one hour and 15 minutes ago.Later that day I had to call Service to see if my vehicle was done. The phone rang and rang and rang. Remember that nice lady I mentioned working behind the service counter? Well, I think she’s the one that finally picked up the phone. She told me my car was done. They were open till six. If I wanted to come and pick it up it was available.If it wasn’t for the nice lady working behind the service counter, I would’ve rated my experience for a recall and oil change much much lower. I can only hope my next experience is better. You would think with four people working the service area one of those four could cover for the other three. You would think. Thank you to the nice lady working behind the parts counter.Update on my oil change experience. I went to relocate the oil change sticker from the lefthand front top window to the door. The service department uses an ink that is not compatible with the label. How did they get the label on the window without it smudging? If you can’t get a simple thing like a label right how are you going to get service on a Jeep right? Changing my rating to a one.
