U-haul delayed my rental because they didn't know how to work the tablet. When that caused me to return late, they TRIPLED the rental charge to $140 for the truck alone. They also added over $50 in fuel charges for 30 miles of gas and doubled the insurance charge. Do not use this company unless you want to get ripped off!
