Spent the week in South Carolina and the highlight of my day was going to the 9round studio. Reggie is amazing and made sure I got the best possible workout! If you want a full body workout with strength and cardio included this is your place. I highly recommend this gym.

Great stress relieving workout. Staff is great. Only thing I’m not a fan of is this location is a training site for new franchise owners. Wish they would give a warning when a lot of over zealous people will be inserting themselves into your workout. Other than that I highly recommend.

Best 30 minute workout! I’ve been working out at 9 round for over 8 years & I can’t say enough good things about it.
