Absolutely awful and would not recommend going here. EVER. Mike, the salesperson was extremely nice and helpful. The rest of the crew??! Forget about it. The first time I had to reschedule my furniture, was my fault. The 2nd time, truck had issues. 3rd time, they ASSUMED that I didn't have the railings taken down so they rescheduled without consulting me. The associate at the Easley store then blamed me for not calling them to tell them I took them down, when in fact, I did. I spoke with the store I am leasing it from. But they failed to tell the other store. After a few attempts and a month later, I finally got the furniture. BUT, oh yes, a but. Lol. The mirror to my dresser broke and they left half my furniture at the store!!! Not only that, but the drivers seemed very lazy and not wanting to move it. Finally got it all settled, but haven't heard from them about my mirror. So, once again, they don't communicate!!!! I had to call today to ask them. The drivers never put it in as I needed to reorder one. Wonderful right? Good thing I called! It has been such an awful experience. Truly awful. I would suggest going to a different Aaron's other than Greenville or Easley. Or go to another furniture store. I'm not bashing Mike. He was super awesome!! But the others, hell the F no. Never again. This will be a one and done.

very poor customer service very rude and not a very customer friendly location so to anyone wanting to purchase here I would go to Greer instead they have manners there.

One thing I can say I pay my bills on time or ahead of time. Aint nobody bout to sit here, Even management gonna tell me. I only made 2 payments prior to 5 payments. Plus the bill was due today as the same as this review. First off management whoever she is was very unprofessional. I will not be renting anything else from this location. This will be my last and final bill after I pay off my furniture. I refuse to be cussed out by management or talk to me in a rudly professional matter. Yall got life twisted

I have been a customer for a few years now, paid of 2 of the products I was leasing from, just recently ordered a bedroom suite, mattress and box spring, I had a problem with my debit card, got a new one, went in person and they didn't put it on file so it caused my payments to be late, when I have tried to talk to Several different people none of them cared about what I was trying to say, plus the privacy policy have was broken because the mattress was in my daughter's name and they talked to me about her account, never with my experience with have I ever been treated like I have the past 2 days, once this is paid off, I will never use them again, all they care about is money

Hello so I had 2 things from you guys a computer and a bed. From the very beginning of my contract you guys messed up my payments, then I couldn't afford to pay for both so I was paying on my bed and they literally when in my account refunded the money and put my account in a late account. I understand the computer fine I did wrong with it. But for Katie to go into my account that I only authorized for a payment for my bed and refunded the payment and put it on the computer I suppose cause I have not seen the money at all. So who's card did it get refunded to.. and put my account for my bed in the late. They came to my home at 730am in the morning on Saturday and retrieved the computer.The disrespect that you get from Katie. I have already had a problem with her to the point I went to Aaron's to see her in the beginning she has the most nastys attitude. Called there today and she straight hung up on me cause I wonted to speak with the manager and I wouldn't speak with her .

Delivery team was awesome and very helpful. Friendly guys , sales team is awesome , dryer went out 1 week , went into Arron's got another one , then refrigerator went out the next week, sales team was awesome and very helpful, I'm very satisfied with the White horse Rd store .

I have been doing business with Aaron's for years, the merchandise is of excellent condition, I have never been disappointed with what I have bought, but what I appreciate the most has come from a man named Marques that works for the company. This gentleman has sold me almost everything I have bought through the years, he goes beyond his job title of being a salesman, he is like talking to family, eager to please, and goes out of his way to make sure you as a customer are satisfied, he is a breath of fresh air in this crazy, busy, and at times a rude world. I hope this company realizes what they have in this very rare individual, I know I do, and I refuse to go anywhere else to do my business. Hoping everyone has a very merry Christmas.Sherry Sanders.

This Aaron’s have been very professional when you call and ask questions, and or have orders. It’s also nice to know that you can get information about anything with no attitude! Micheal is very sweet and has a lot of patience, Ben is amazing as well, and Jamal was a good help!
