Every time I come here something is screwed up. Last time they mislabeled the trial contacts. So they ordered another set for me to try before I ordered. I got a voicemail saying they were here, but when I came to pick them up the worker couldn't find them and argued with me saying it was a mistake. I was about to walk out when she looked again and SURPRISE they were there! Apparently whoever called me didn't bother to scan them into the system. I've been coming here for several years, but this is the last time. Very unprofessional to say the least, but I guess it's to be expected with a discount chain - you get what you pay for.

Got a few pair of glasses several months ago. One of which was in my existing frames. Fast forward to today when I lost a nose piece. Walked in and they took care of it in 5 minutes.Thanks a bunch guys.....see you when it's time to get new ones...

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care I received from Dr. Erneston during my most recent visit. I have been going to America's Best for several years both in Florida and to the Haywood location in Greenville, SC. For years, I had been prescribed a multifocal contact lense. However, I was told that I may still need to wear a light reader with my contacts. I found myself really struggling to see things clearly and couldn't understand why. I attributed this difficulty to my age. It was during my exam with Dr Erneston that everything changed. He did a very thorough exam and asked me why I was wearing a multifocal contact lense and relying on reading glasses. I told him that the last doctor I saw told me that I would still need a light reader. He said he was going to make adjustments to my prescription and I would no longer need a reader at all. I was apprehensive about the changes, however, upon receiving my new contacts, I was completely astounded by the difference they made! I suddenly felt like I had regained the clarity that had been lost for the past three years! Dr. Erneston's attention to detail and dedication to addressing my concerns were remarkable! He approached the exam with such professionalism and empathy, leaving me feeling reassured and confident with his expertise. Thanks to his care, I no longer require reading glasses and have packed them up and gave them away! I hope to never need them again! I cannot adequately express how grateful I am to have found Dr. Erneston. His knowledge ad expertise have undoubtedly enhanced my quality of life, and I am incredibly thankful. I firmly believe that Dr Ernsteon is an invaluable asset to your team at America's Best.

Felt rushed the entire time from the call not once but twice to confirm I would be early for the appointment.. 1st person checking you in, 2nd person doing the pre exam to the doctor all come across as stressed and combative. They seem to have a habit of losing your prior exam information and get irritated when you advise them of such. Just hope the prescription is correct.. I would also advise the doctor to close his door if he wants to advise the staff to not take late appointments.

Excellent service even when they are crazy busy. My family and I visited this location on a Saturday. Even though they were very busy everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. Especially Tammy, we had all sorts of issues with our insurance from the insurance company side and Tammy was patient, helpful, and kind. She has a vast knowledge of both eyeglasses and insurance red tape. I don't think our visit would have been as successful as it was without her involvement. Thanks again Tammy you're awesome!!!!
