She graciously showed us every bit of the place and did not hesitate when we asked to see multiple floor plans, bike storage, private storage in addition to the usual common areas. From the moment we moved in with our dog, Bailey, it was evident that this was a special place.The community events at 400 Rhett were a highlight of our time there. They were well-organized and enjoyable, bringing residents together and creating a strong sense of community. Whether it was a delightful paint and sip session or an off-site wine tasting adventure, these events helped us forge connections with our neighbors and the friendly staff.Speaking of the staff, they were exceptional in every way. Always cheerful and genuinely interested in our lives, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They treated not only myself and Meeka but also our beloved dog, Bailey, with utmost care and kindness. It was evident that they truly valued the presence of pets in the community. They even had dog treats available in the office, showing their love and consideration for our furry friends. Additionally, it was a funny coincidence that Bailey enjoyed playing with the assistant manager's dog, also named Rhett. This unexpected connection added an extra level of joy and camaraderie to our experience at 400 Rhett.The amenities at 400 Rhett were top-notch as well. The serene courtyard just outside our apartment was a delightful place to unwind, while the clubhouse and media room provided a perfect space to entertain visiting family and friends.One particular incident that showcased the staff's dedication was on the day we moved in. It was the very beginning of our time at 400 Rhett, and they made sure to set a wonderful example of how they would treat us throughout our stay. Hannah, who was away on a last-minute emergency, was unable to personally handle our move-in process. However, Jordan, one of the staff members, stepped in seamlessly. Despite the unexpected circumstances, Jordan ensured that we received our keys and had all the necessary documentation. Her professionalism and attentiveness from the very start left a lasting impression on us, setting the tone for the exceptional level of care and service we experienced throughout our time at 400 Rhett.Living at 400 Rhett was an absolute pleasure, thanks to the exceptional staff, engaging community events, and wonderful amenities. I wholeheartedly recommend this community to anyone seeking a welcoming and vibrant living experience, especially for those with furry companions. The amusing coincidence of Bailey enjoying playtime with the assistant manager's dog, also named Rhett, added an extra touch of connection and warmth to our time at 400 Rhett.”

“I’ve lived in this apartment complex going on 5 years & I really have loved the location! It’s a great walking distance from downtown & puts you right next the trail. The pool is also a great amenity to this complex - it’s a super fun way to meet neighbors & it’s a fairly nice size in comparison to other complexes in the area. The team also puts on some great events every once in a while which makes it easy to meet other people. Abbi & Hunter do a great job of making their rounds during these events to try & make connections with the people in the building.”

“We've been at DECA for one year now. It's location in the heart of downtown is the gift that keeps giving. Every delicious restaurant, sports event, entertainment venue, apparel and grocery stores, parks and trails are truly all accessible within walking distance. The DECA bldg itself offers plenty of complementary quality amenities. Our dog has utilized the bldg's pet spa several times. We frequent the spacious gym with a bonus golf simulator, my personal favorite. The work space and coffee lounge is a very nice place for a reprieve - I hit that up every afternoon. And if you are looking for an elegant multipurpose entertainment space with kitchen, fireplace, music, grills...I've hosted a couple cocktail and dining events there when I needed a smidge more room. And let's not overlook the outdoor spaces: salt water pool ... perfect and spacious; above 10th floor roof top with fire pits, TVs, kitchens ...2nd to none with views every other apartment bldg in downtown wish they had!
Finally, and equally important, the overly considerate management, staff and bldg operations A-Team. Every concern or need that we've submitted, which are few, have been addressed quickly, kindly, professionally. They truly appreciate their residents and show it time after time, with special events and great service.
DECA is a AAA high rise community - it's THE place to be.”
“Brandon Mill was built in 1901 and is on the National Register of Historic Places in Greenville. Like several of the former mills on the list it has been converted into apartments, helping to preserve the landmark. In the early 1900s mill baseball teams were popular and Shoeless Joe Jackson started his baseball career playing for the Brandon Mill.”
“It really is having all the apartments completely remodeled and very quiet that you feel a family atmosphere. And in a very nice place and best of all at a good price too.”
“All of the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The apartments are in great condition, and everything was clean. The amenities are nice to have. Location is great with a Harris Teeter right next door.”
“Krystal was amazing helping me and my friend get into an apartment quickly. I put in the application and got a response back immediately saying we were accepted, and the next day we began moving in. Therefore, we showed up very unprepared and she was very patient with us while we worked out everything. She even went as far as getting a house warming gift that had some essentials that came in real handy. Overall was a great, stress free experience. We've been moved in for a little under a week and have been happy with everything. Highly recommend taking a look, I can't speak for everyone but it was well worth it for us.”
“This place does have a couple bad reviews. But a lot of that is tenants getting mad at themselves. The rules are very simple. The management is awesome! They are quick and respectful. We did honestly have a couple minor issues when moving in to our apartment. But when brought up to management they had it fixed same day.
I honestly think this is a great apartment complex. It’s quiet. We love our neighbors. They have everything you would need here! Laundry mat. Even though our apartment has a washer and dryer. They have a fitness center. They have a pool. They have a dog park. The apartments are small but comfortable in size.
I highly suggest this place to anyone first starting out on their own!”
“Our daughter and her friend rented a two bedroom while attending the Clemson Business school in downtown Greenville. Great location for that easy walk, next to a nice Publix, had good covered parking. Grounds were well maintained. The management seemed attentive enough. Nothing deluxe but definitely the most reasonably priced, very roomy unit close to the school. Seemed like a safe neighborhood. Easy walk to Yee-Haws. The only negative might be the elevators were kind of slow.”

“Met Pam Ledford an agent at the leasing office at the Haywood Pointe Apartments in Greenville, SC. Very nice units tucked away in a rustic rural setting away from traffic and noise. Pam has been a veteran in the real estate business 6 years and she was a pleasure to work with. Definitely greeted us with that warm southern hospitality. If you are looking for a place to park your boots, check out Haywood.”

“I just moved in near the end of December. My apartment is beautiful! I consider it my cozy home! The leasing manager Amanda is amazing! Once I met her and got to know her she told me about North Point Flats Apartments!I quickly applied she helped me throughout the whole process! The leasing manager Amanda is an absolute blessing!This community is so quiet and I love the fact that they have security cameras on the apartment buildings I could not have chosen a better place! This will be my cozy home for a long time! The inside of the apartments that have been completely redone and are absolutely gorgeous! If you ever want to move to this community or have an interest in living here. You need to definitely talk to the leasing manager Amanda!!!! She will do anything and everything to help just like she did for me. Once again she is an amazing blessing! I already know I'm probably going to leave amazing reviews for this community!”
