“I had the pleasure of living at 400 Rhett in Greenville, SC, and I can confidently say it was one of the best communities I've ever experienced. From the moment we moved in with our dog, Bailey, it was evident that this was a special place. The community events at 400 Rhett were a highlight of our time there. They were well-organized and enjoyable, bringing residents together and creating a strong sense of community. Whether it was a delightful paint and sip session or an off-site wine tasting adventure, these events helped us forge connections with our neighbors and the friendly staff.Speaking of the staff, they were exceptional in every way. Always cheerful and genuinely interested in our lives, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They treated not only myself and Meeka but also our beloved dog, Bailey, with utmost care and kindness. It was evident that they truly valued the presence of pets in the community. They even had dog treats available in the office, showing their love and consideration for our furry friends. Additionally, it was a funny coincidence that Bailey enjoyed playing with the assistant manager's dog, also named Rhett. This unexpected connection added an extra level of joy and camaraderie to our experience at 400 Rhett. The amenities at 400 Rhett were top-notch as well. The serene courtyard just outside our apartment was a delightful place to unwind, while the clubhouse and media room provided a perfect space to entertain visiting family and friends. One particular incident that showcased the staff's dedication was on the day we moved in. It was the very beginning of our time at 400 Rhett, and they made sure to set a wonderful example of how they would treat us throughout our stay. Hannah, who was away on a last-minute emergency, was unable to personally handle our move-in process. However, Jordan, one of the staff members, stepped in seamlessly. Despite the unexpected circumstances, Jordan ensured that we received our keys and had all the necessary documentation. Her professionalism and attentiveness from the very start left a lasting impression on us, setting the tone for the exceptional level of care and service we experienced throughout our time at 400 Rhett.Living at 400 Rhett was an absolute pleasure, thanks to the exceptional staff, engaging community events, and wonderful amenities. I wholeheartedly recommend this community to anyone seeking a welcoming and vibrant living experience, especially for those with furry companions. The amusing coincidence of Bailey enjoying playtime with the assistant manager's dog, also named Rhett, added an extra touch of connection and warmth to our time at 400 Rhett.”

“Lived here with my roommate for about 2 years (2022-2024). Maintenance always responded quickly and appropriately, and the property managers were reasonable with rent. The whole complex is quiet and the landscaping is very well maintained. Located between a church and a public pool with several great schools nearby, its a great place to raise kids. Medical facilities and shopping centers are close by as well making errands much less of a chore. In the summer months bugs can be a bit of a problem especially in the floor level apartments, but pest control is quick to respond. I think my roommate's room had a little water leak in after a very heavy rainstorm, but again maintenance handled it quickly and without issue. The showers always had plenty of hot water and good pressure, and I've never had any issues with phone service. The bathroom finish, kitchen cabinets, and appliances are noticeably cheap and dated though. The only real complaint is that the few times I have needed to contact staff they always seem to be out of office or unreachable by phone. Overall, my time at Edgemont was lovely and I have many happy memories in this neighborhood.”

“Recently moved into Deca Camperdown. The staff was and has been A+++ from the very start. They have been constantly available to us and have handled everything needed in a timely manner. I could not imagine a better group (Scott, Carla, Tyler) to represent such a great building. As for the building itself, it is very clean, elevators are consistent and parking and amenities have been top notch. Deca gets my highest recommendation.”

“Very comfortable and safe place to live. Maria and Erynn at the front office are absolutely amazing and will go above and beyond to ensure you are as comfortable as possible. They have security on site which is helpful and makes you feel protected. I’ve lived here for almost a year and have never had any bug or plumbing issues. My AC was making a monstrous sound all hours of the day and night and the wonderful ladies up front made sure to get it fixed in a timely manner. Nothing but positive vibes and energy anytime I go in to speak with them and they are always planning community events that make you feel welcome and allow you to get to know your neighbors a bit better.”

“My tour of Walden Creek left me thoroughly impressed. The open layout creates a spacious feel, and the natural light is amazing. The modern design and high-quality finishes caught my eye, especially in the well-equipped kitchen. The balcony offers a stunning view, perfect for relaxing. The location is vibrant with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. I must also commend Hunter for doing a fantastic job giving the tour. The leasing staff was friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better. I'm excited about the prospect of calling Walden Creek my new home and enjoying all it has to offer!”

“Our daughter and her friend rented a two bedroom while attending the Clemson Business school in downtown Greenville. Great location for that easy walk, next to a nice Publix, had good covered parking. Grounds were well maintained. The management seemed attentive enough. Nothing deluxe but definitely the most reasonably priced, very roomy unit close to the school. Seemed like a safe neighborhood. Easy walk to Yee-Haws. The only negative might be the elevators were kind of slow.”

“We hadn't rented for more than 30 years. We moved to Greenville a few years ago and are waiting for our new home to be built. Getting back into the renting scene was a challenge until we found Elements West. We wanted something close to downtown that would give us the space we needed. Elements West offered that plus so much more. We're in our second unit at Elements West. In our years here, we have found:- the historic nature of the place is pretty awesome. What they've done to keep the look and feel while providing updated features has been great. They've taken an old, run-down cotton warehouse and have converted it into modern living with historic wood timbers, wood ceilings and floors on the second level, exposed brick and classic styled windows.- the amenities are a plus and are never crowded. We really enjoyed being able to end the day with our feet in the pool chasing down a cold one. And we've used the common "Classing Room" to entertain on occasion.- location is excellent. Short walk to Fluor Field and downtown.- tenants are really friendly.- there are train tracks right next to the place. I love a train, but not everyone else does. Our experience has been that we get used to it and tune it out. We've lived on a fire route before and we did the same for the sirens. The train only passes about 2-4 times per day. Not a deal breaker for us.- management is helpful and responsive.- quick travel to get onto 85 to Atlanta.- we don't have pets, but people are generally pretty courteous about cleaning up after their pets. You will always have some entitled few that think the rest of the world is there to pick up after them, but they usually get rent increases that chase them off.One change we've had to make is regarding noise. When living in our own houses in the past, we didn't have to encounter too much noise (except for our daughters' teenage years). So, apartment life was going to be different. We have heard neighbors and they've heard us, but it's never been too much to deal with. We expected some sound to pass between units. When we researched apartments to live in, the reviews we read all mentioned that you can expect that with apartment life. Two last mentions:- parking is safe - plenty of spaces close to the building.- Irma keeps this place spotless - she is so committed to providing a great place to live.I totally recommend this place to anyone looking to rent near downtown or the Historic West End.”

“Main & Stone has been a wonderful place for me to reside while in transition. It's in a great location, a beautiful place and has very nice amenities. It's convenient to so many things. Like living in any apartment building, I had a few issues with recurring noisy neighbors, but they were very promptly addressed (to my satisfaction and beyond) by Jessica Stone. She is a great asset to this community. I will miss Main & Stone but am excited about my new home. Highly recommend Main & Stone and appreciate the professionalism of staff, especially Jessica. Thank you!”

“First off I have to say Lisa and the staff are absolutely amazing. They all deserve recognition from the company because they have been spot on from the moment I looked into moving here. The only thing I can say is that these are older units and they have done their best to modernize them. I wish they were all “faux” wood flooring and had no carpet but that is more of a personal want the. Anything else. The rent you pay is within the “normal” range of other apartments except the floor plans are huge. After looking at multiple other places the one bedroom here was almost 400sq ft larger than anywhere else. They had some amazing move in specials and Lisa made my transition here flawless. There were a few minor things that needed attention, which maintenance took care of immediately. As far as neighbors go everyone is pleasant and it is very quiet here. Which I personally love.Anyways if you are looking to move I would recommend these apartments.”

“MAA Haywood's community is amazing! Kelly and Krystal are always helpful and courteous in the office, and you can always count on Don as the Maintenance Supervisor. The location is ideal and the management company is top notch. I love how they give residents comment cards after we receive service requests so we can give feedback. Excellent communication!”

“Brandon Mill was built in 1901 and is on the National Register of Historic Places in Greenville. Like several of the former mills on the list it has been converted into apartments, helping to preserve the landmark. In the early 1900s mill baseball teams were popular and Shoeless Joe Jackson started his baseball career playing for the Brandon Mill.”

“I’ve seen some really unfriendly reviews- and I’ve got to say they could not be more wrong. I moved in summer of 2023, and I’m planning on renewing this year as well. Jill in the leasing office has been tremendously helpful when I needed help with approvals and submitting documents when I first moved in- is always friendly and always checks on us even after almost a whole year here. Allison in the office has been more than phenomenal. These people calling them names saying they’re hateful have to be projecting. I’ve had some maintenance issues that were resolved quickly and if they needed special attention it was resolved well. I’m more than satisfied with my apartment, I never have to worry about anything- just give Alison it Jill a call and BAM! You won’t regret moving here. I plan on staying for a whiiiile!!! Also/ the renovations look amazing! (I added what a 3/2 kitchen looks like now- BEAUTIFUL!!) ?”

“I moved here from college after my childhood best-friend and her husand had glowing reviews; it didn't start off well but I am amazingly surprised with my experience.I find the community amazing and the prices very reasonable! When I first got to my apartment it was not cleaned and had signs of bug infestation. My husband and I were not written off, the complex took full responsibility for the errors even though it was the fault of the third party services they use. We were upgraded for the same rate, received a credit to our account, and were treated with the utmost respect. I highly recommend this complex! They can never ensure safety, of course, but several police officers live here. I had packages stolen within the first week, so quickly learned you just need to have packages dropped off at the front office!”

“The leasing agent that took me out on the tour was very kind & answered pretty much all my questions. The apartment was nice & spacious however I think the outside steps & road needs to be pressure washed. Overall I would definitely consider Rocky Creek as my future home.”
