People who have complained about roaches may not be aware of the palmetto bugs that are notorious around here. No matter where you live you will eventually come into contact with them in your home. They are impossible to completely avoid in this region. We have only had two in the last year we have been here and they are the only bug we have had. The staff has been great and have made any changing transitions smooth and they have gone out of their way to help us. They also have little celebrations for the holidays, which are always appreciated.”
