Ave was incredibly helpful. My phone was in bad shape and instead of just doing whatever repairs to make it work a little longer, she just replaced the phone. It helped me out tremendously.

I was told by Apple that they can't repair my factory defect/recall MacAir battery that was promised to be fixed by the store team because someone at the store told them that the repair was no longer covered. This is after spending about $10k at this store in the past couple of years. Not sure how the politics work with Store vs. Support or the like, but I won't buy from this Apple Store again.

If I could get away with not leaving a star I would, I spent two hours in the store trying to trade my phone in and get help backing it up to get everything on the new phone. Not a single person in there could figure out why my phone wouldn’t update or backup. The lady that helped me was rude also, kept telling me I had to schedule an appointment with someone at the Genius Bar, why would I drive an hour to come back when I’m already there?? Not a single person told me I could have just done a wireless transfer…

First time experiencing The Apple store.. I will definitely be swapping over from Droid to Apple..in a few months. The service was on par..I arrived just a few minutes after the doors opened..WOW. 35ppl in the store already. The guy who checked me in. Was very prompt.. I had a few minutes to wait. The young lady was very attendive. She noticed my email was my business name..and got me signed up for a business account. After this last go with Samsung. It took 6 day for them to tell me to mail my phone to them to inspect it.. DO NOT GET THE FOLD- 5. LESS than 6 months and the inside screen crapped out and Samsung reused to Warranty it. I shattered my IPad..walked out of the store with a new one no hassle at all. Look out Darkside I'm coming ?

Apple Watch face glass cracked on vacation. Drove 2 hours to Apple Store (aside… why isn’t there an Apple Store in my state Capital? 5 colleges, no Apple Store). I asked to have glass replaced. Told $350. What? Seriously?Buy new watch. It is dead. I sit to charge it. Has to have 1/2 power before the debugging software will work. What am I debugging? It is an Apple Watch with Apple software at the Apple Store. I wait. And wait. Oh, can’t unplug it in middle of debugging or have to start ALL over. I wait more. I need a band, $50 or $100, these are plastic -look like Crocs- kids plastic bands, nothing that looks like a business band for $100? Then service contract I can purchase for $59. Read fine print. It is $69 to bring it in for service. Still waiting on debugging. WHY not charge it BEFORE you sell it to me? Why not de-bug it before you sell it at all? Here’s a kicker. My Apple Watch charger will not charge my new Apple Watch. They sell you a cord but you can not plug it in! You have to buy a separate plug. What? Really. Is this a sick comedy? Is someone going to jump out to say I am being punked? Why did it finally load and come up in Chinese language? Are you kidding? Did I just spend my day to purchase a product made in China? To warranty it? I am sad, mad and disappointed. I want my watch from when I was 5 back. At least it made me smile. Good thing this is a “medical device” as I sure need my blood pressure checked and coordinates giving to get the ambulance here! My watch won’t “ pair” with my Apple phone. Are you kidding me? This has now gone into 7 hours. Still won’t “pair”. Ahhhhh!
