“Filled out a application to get a car loan, it was supposed to take up to 24 hours to process... it ended up taking a week. Low staffing in that department due to Covid, completely understandable (still frustrating though so I knocked off one star). BUT throughout the whole process I felt I was VERY well taken of! Oriana took it upon herself to message me every day about my application progress and helping me move things along as quickly as we could!
