I was in the Store to help a neighbor who had lost her Cell. She has Memory Issues so she could not help me with Logins or Passcodes. All the reps we worked with especially Bryson bent over backwards to help us get her a new Phone.Their support was invaluable, and their Professionalism was superb.Well done to the staff of this store for their wonderful support.

Crystal and Miriam were great. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience both getting new phones today. They answered all our questions and even helped us get discounts. Would definitely recommend.

Horrible employees. Can’t solve a simple issue and hangs up on their customers. I called 4 times and spoke with 4 different members who all gave me different “answers” and then one lady hung up on me after being absurdly rude I don’t know how she is employed. I called back to get the name of the manager and was told they can’t give out the name. What type of joke is this

Beware: the staff here speaks kindly but will lie about whatever they need to in order to secure a sale. The minute they have locked down a sale, they will go as far to hang up on you when you call in with questions.I guess when commission is involved, all morals go out the door. My suggestion is to only deal with online/corporate agents, if you have to deal with them at all.

The sales lady who waited on me at AT&T 477 Haywood Road, Greenville, SC was very professional and did an outstanding job of helping me to choose a Pelican Voyager (Magnetic ) case and putting on a Tempered Glass Screen Protector on my new iPhone 15 Pro. Kudos to AT&T for having such an excellent and knowledgeable employee.

Miriam helped me process my upgrade and was amazing. I had a network issue(I deleted my eSIM) I had to come back to the store. The manager helped me and apologized for the issue and made it very easy to fix. I love that this store work as one and not against each other. Teamwork definitely is shown in this store. I will be returning every time. 100 gold stars

Krystal is great! She took her time to help me with an issue that didn’t even happen in her store. I was frustrated. She allowed me to vent and be angry at her but assured me that it was ok and she would do all she could to help fix it. She made multiple calls to customer service and fixed my issue as she promised. She is a great manger and mentor to the store and I’m glad she is here.

My son and I entered this store with an iphone that had stopped working, and after Apple told us that it would cost $800 to fix, I was just going to upgrade, as the phone was paid off. We were given false information from the moment we entered the store about the current promotions and were told that we could trade in his current phone for full credit for his new phone. I went out and spent $500 to get the screen fixed on the old phone, so that we could receive the $1000 credit we were originally promised by Krystal, the store manager. We were also told we could take the trade in to our local store in Boiling Springs and everything would be fine. Well, that's when we realized we had been given false information, and I had paid waaaayyy more money out of pocket then I should have. I contacted Krystal to tell her the situation and to see what we could do. She assured me that she would take care of it, and that I could bring the old phone back to her and she would make sure I received credit. I drove an hour one way to return the phone back to her. She then, drug her feet for the next 4 days, and did nothing about it, causing my promotion turn in date to expire. When I called her to ask her what was going on, she dodged my calls, had employees lie for her, saying she wasn't there, displaying the most unprofessional behavior I had ever witnessed. It wasn't until my local store told me to take it above her head to the att notice of dispute that things were able to be resolved. I provided them dates and times we spoke, so they could hear the recordings of all the lies and promises I was told by her, and the time/date stamp of my trips to her store to drop off the phone, as well as a text message indicating that everything was taken care of. The President's office then called to apologize for her extremely unprofessional behavior and took care of what should have been done by her a month prior. Everybody makes mistakes, but own up to them and fix them, especially if you are a Manager! I would suggest using any other location besides this one for your phone upgrades and purchases. It is very clear that you will not get the customer service that ATT prides themselves on. If there was an option for zero stars, that is what I would have chosen.

The store looks great and smells great. They take really good care of the store and keep everything sanitized for all. The staff is very friendly, smart and fast. My new home for services I will not go back to woodruff road it's a disaster over there. I feel like family on haywood road

Don't ever deal with an authorized dealer, especially when there's a corporate store 2 miles up the road on Woodruff. Krystal the manager was rude, aggressive, and has numerous complaints filed against her store with the legal department. I'm not sure if it's ignorance or just plain maliciousness, either way, I would steer clear. They are commission based, and that's all they care about.

Omg Krystal is amazing!!! She took her time with me and gave me all of my options for a new phone. She earned her title of manager! I hope she stays at this store she is a keeper
