Bishop is the most helpful, patient, and kind representative! He’s helped me on several different occasions and each time has been a success! 10/10! In my many visits, I’ve been happy with the help of the entire staff. I absolutely recommend this AT&T location!

Reasons why I loved this particular experience with AT&T:Before heading into the store, I was able to book an appointment online. This is an underrated tool in life, I feel. If I could make an appointment for every establishment I was going to patronize, I would. I knew I'd have a solid spot in line.I got there about 5 minutes early and was greeted immediately as a I walked in the door. It always feels good to be acknowledged enthusiastically rather than by someone grumbly because you interrupted their phone time.Mike was the associate and we was friendly and supremely helpful through the entire transaction. I was returning an iPhone in order to switch back to a Google Pixel Android device because - well - Android is a dramatically superior operating system.Mike and his colleagues had a congenial vibe and seemed fairly happy to be there. That's more than can be said for a lot of places these days.Thank you, Mike and the AT&T team, for helping me get in and out in under 25 minutes and without any consternation!

Got 3 different quotes for trade-in on old phone, they’re very big on “customer retention” by force.Didn’t even know it was the manager sitting there until I asked because he was not helpful or professional. I understand being given a different trade-in number in person versus an online quote, but they should have honored the first number I was given when I asked in person. Mistakes happen but the manager should have honored what was said and that’s where my problem lies!

Only the Woodruff Store.John's expertise and his patience are exceptional. He delivered the level and quality of service that I have, happily, come to expect at this AT&T office. It's a high level indeed, and one of the main features about AT&T that keeps me a happy customer.

One of the best customer service interactions in an AT&T store in years. Anthony helped us and was terrific. He really knows his stuff, worked with us, gave us upgrade options and we made a decision. Honestly, I was going in for a charger and information but I walked out with a newly upgraded phone. Very satisfied. Highly recommend this store.

Difficult to make appointment. Impossible on phone. Website unfriendly. Guess I will stay with Verizon.

Only corporate store in Greenville. I go here even though there are closer stores to my house. Very helpful employees.

I wouldn’t even give it one star. The employees were rude and totally unconcerned with helping customers. I made an online appointment for 2:00 and was still waiting at 2:26 which would not have been a big deal except for the fact that two groups came in after I did and were helped before I was. I had gone in to purchase two Ultra 2 watches but wouldn’t buy them from that store now if it was the only one in the country. I was treated rudely and the people that were taken ahead of me were just allowed to break in front of everyone waiting. Terrible way to do business and the manager should address this which I’m sure they won’t. Apparently this isn’t the first complaint about their service.

I came in to trade in an iPhone 13 Pro Max to get the 15 pro max and switch over to AT&T from visible and join my family’s plan. My family members aren’t tech savvy. I entered a ton of security questions all correctly because the transaction flagged their fraud department. My sister logged me into her account and gave me all the info I needed to be an authorized user. Their fraud dept couldnt get a hold of my sister was at work and didn’t allow the transaction. Then I tried making my own account to get the phone that day and just later add myself to the family plan. Had to answer a ton of security questions about myself that I never set up and about my immediate family, like what the color of my truck is, to be able to open an account. Rep told me there wouldn’t be any issues later adding myself to my family members plan. Nope turns out I can’t do anything for 2 months. AT&T has more security than a military base. I’ve been to actual military bases before as a truck driver. Ridiculous. Only reason why they couldn’t reach my sister from the fraud dept is cuz she works in a hospital and was busy with a patient that moment. Wasted 4 hours or something by the time I got a phone. Now I have to wait 2 months to transfer over to my sister’s family plan so I don’t have to pay $85 a month. They’re still gonna leech $85 from me for the first 2 months though. I feel for the sales rep however, not his fault at all.

The AT&T rep that offered to help, was unfortunately not up for the job. Didn't know anything about the tech and hardware. I have 2 different IPhones on my account which both started having mobile data issues. The rep stated it was most likely a hardware problem and to take it to the Apple Store. 2 different generation IPhones purchased at different times, is a hardware issue? I ended of calling AT&T 611, and they were able to fix the issue with a simple reset on their end. With many places selling IPhones, go somewhere that hires experts that not only sale the product, but can trouble shoot when something arises. The sales rep at Woodruff rd stated they don't employ anyone to trouble shoot when tech issues arise. Seems accurate as he didn't seem to understand how it could only be a tech issue with it effecting both phones at the exact time. Because AT&T Woodruff Rd was unable or unwilling to help me in store, I called the 611 number twice and explain the issue twice to get the reset complete on both phones. Purchased all my phones here since they opened. In the future, I'll purchase directly from Apple.
