Audi Greenville service is top notch. They absolutely do their best to take care of you and have extremely experienced mechanics. I drive 2 hours just to Greenville if I need any maintenance done on my Audi, that’s how good they are. If you’re in the Columbia area don’t even bother wasting your time with Audi Columbia just make the drive to Greenville

I don’t even know where to begin…For starters, my husband and I live 3 hours away. We expressed interest in a Subaru Ascent listed online. We reached out through calls and texts and spoke to a representative named Kevin. We asked about lowering the price and he assured us that the price was firm and would not change… since it wasn’t in our budget, we just said it wasn’t meant to be. About a week and a half later, I was browsing for cars again online and saw the same car with an almost $2,000 price decrease….(This annoyed me already because he told me it wasn’t going to happen)My husband reached back out and started communicating with him again…We read the car fax, called past dealerships and service centers, we did all of our research….We were told the car was in great shape and everything was working properly and no issues…so we planned a trip to go see the car and truly we thought we were going to be buying it that day.My husband tells Kevin on Thursday that we will come on Friday to meet with him and see the car.Again - we live 3 hours away…I had to take a half day off of work, so did my husband, we had to pay to get a babysitter for our child, and we drove to Greenville in the pouring down rain. Plus, to top it all off it was my birthday.We drive and get about 1 hour away and my husband texts and says we are running a little late and be there soon (traffic was bad with the weather being so terrible)Kevin texts back and says how that’s good because the battery in the car won’t start so they’re replacing the battery….(What the heck, right????)Okay - at this point we are already so close to being there that we just keep going.When we get there, we are greeted nicely and told to sit and wait for Kevin.We didn’t wait but a few minutes and he came out and led us to his desk. The first thing he tells us is that changing the battery didn’t work and the car was in the service department and that they’re trying to figure out what is wrong with it.Sooooooooo - basically we took off work, spent our own time and gas to get there, spent $150 on a babysitter to keep our child and the car that we were promised was in great shape, etc.., would not even start.We never even saw the car. Didn’t even lay eyes on it. The sales manager came out and apologized and I appreciate that, but seriously why are all sales people liars?!?My husband and I find it almost impossible to believe that all of a sudden this car “with no issues” won’t even start and no one knows what is wrong with it????A pure waste of our entire day, time, and money.I hope other people have better experiences than us, because WOW.

My “facilitator” was Bryson Gibson. He was very polite, patient, and pleasant to work with. I was driving from out of state and he was courteous enough to send me a video walk around of the vehicle I wanted purchase. That inspired me to travel out the same day to test drive it.When I arrived he had the car ready to go. After our test I informed I told him I had another car I wanted to see and he did not push me to close the sale. I appreciated that, therefore I wanted to him and his team the opportunity to negotiate a deal.Bryson explained to his team what my expectations were and they met with little push back. Adam, which I believe was the finance manager was also not pushy at all when it came down to the “upgrades”. Everything was thoroughly explained, however I did have to have to ask what specific questions my deal that wasn’t told upfront, mostly due to us having good conversation.Overall, Bryson, Adam and his team were very helpful and polite not to mention I was one of those customers that came in hour before they closed. I believe when I’m ready to get my next car I will go out of town again to see Bryson Gibson and the good people at Steve White Volkswagen.
