The business provides valuable customer service, as customers have reported positive experiences when purchasing vehicles, such as a 2018 Ford Focus, a 2015 police interceptor, and a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. The staff is described as professional, friendly, and informative. However, one customer had a less satisfactory experience, feeling that the business was not acting in a professional manner.
