I haven’t had a great experience so far. This is my first time dealing with Badcock and my sister referred me because she had a great experience.The sales guy didn’t spell out the terms of the loan. Although, I’m paying it out way early, he did not tell me the type of loan that they use. Be sure to get details. I have great credit, we just purchased a home and paid off several cars. The APR % on their loans is ridiculous, which is why I’m paying out before 3 months.Also, our furniture is only 2 months in our new home, we started having issues with our couch. When I called for service, they were not able to give me a date. They gave it to me in an around about way. Then I had to call yesterday, a 2nd time in order to follow up because after 2 weeks, no one had followed up. I was told to call back Monday and speak with the manager. If I’m having a issue, shouldn’t they call me? They have re-schedule 4 times and Bryan is so unprofessional and horrible at lying. I usually don’t call names, but it’s ridiculous. They still have not been out to fix the issue as of today. It’s been 2 months since I complained about the issue.Customers service is big for me and I communicate in details. The person who answered the phone insisted that I missed the service man call and then said the service man is contracted through corporate. Which is it? Cause I ALWAYS answer my phone. To make accusations like that is crazy. Obviously, if I’m following up I am waiting. It has been so irritating dealing with this company. It’s so unorganized and to find out my sales person is the manager and didn’t give us all the details scared me a little.I should have used our hometown store in Laurens, even though we are in this area now.I’ll never use them again and I’m never referring anyone else here. NEVER!!! Do yourself a favor and RUN….

I had an absolutely amazing experience! Andrew and Brain went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed! One of the beds I ordered got discontinued and Andrew personally drove to another county to pick up one that they had in stock there! Brain was so kind and patient even after i switched a set.The customer service at the location is 10 stars across the board!❤

Purchased a dining table and noticed after a few days that it's leaning even though it's sitting leveles on the ground. I've called numerous times to get someone to address this issue and all I keep getting is promising that someone will come out but no one ever calls or shows up. Store manager never seems to be available either. Will not buy anything else from here.

I order a fireplace and was told I would receive it on Oct 13, 2022. I took off from work so I could be home. I had to call to the store at 11am to check on it. They told me they had to put it on back order. When I order it they said they had plenty in stock. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks . I'm not happy about that at all.

I’d leave 0 stars if I could! BRIAN is very unprofessional! I purchased my furniture a week ago and it was to be delivered today! I got the confirmation call the night before only for them to tell me the day of they won’t bring it until the following week. My mother tried to resolve the issue over the phone and Brian hung up in her face! I do not recommend this location
