If you want a terrible customer service experience, then by all means shop here. I walked in around 4pm on 12/31. There were two associates a woman and a man there. The store was not busy. I wasn’t addressed and I waited at the cash register to purchase a belt while they both just looked at me and still did not acknowledge me or attempt to ring me up. They just talked amongst themselves. I placed the belt down and walked out the store. Do better!

Great clothes and great service. I am always looking for nice linen shirts and BR never lets me down. My frame is short and wide but their shirts always fit me perfectly.The staff at this location was also very helpful. The lady stayed with me while I was trying on different sizes and she helped me decide which option looked the best.With the Banana Republic brand you will pay a little bit more per item but I feel the quality is reflected in that price. The comfort and longevity of their clothes have often out performed the other brands I buy. I will definitely continue to buy from BR and if I'm ever back in Greenville I will surely give my business to this location.

I ran into the store in need of a black belt. One of the salespeople, Anna, saw me at the front and asked if there was anything she could help with (without being pushy). She showed me all the women's belts and nothing really worked for what I needed. Then she said "you know, some of our men's belts are unisex and there's one that might work for you." While she tracked it down, she saw that I was carrying a lot of bags and she offered to keep them behind the counter for me. I honestly never would've thought of looking on the men's side or the store for anything for myself and low and behold - they had a belt that was perfect! The staff was friendly and the store was clean and organized. I would go back. Thanks, Anna!

Not sure what was going on with this store but "Will" was a bit rude. I had called about a return (Banana Republic shipped me a white t-shirt instead of the jeans I ordered). THEIR mistake, not a "didn't fit" or "changed my mind" scenario. The girl on the phone at the store told me yes I could bring the t-shirt to the store and to ask for "Will" when I come into the store to return the t-shirt and he would take care of things. I went to the store, asked for "Will" as I was told. He was standing close by, not helping anyone, and basically said "I hate it when they do that." He said a few other choice words and went on about his business and basically refused to be of help, except maybe a couple words to the girl that did help me. The girl that DID help (sorry I don't know her name) was VERY apologetic and did her best to help me. While she was handling the mixed up return....I browsed the store and of course saw "Will" selling clothes to a woman who came into the store a bit after me. Avoid "Will".

Handled my return quickly and with no difficulty. Always great clothes to tempt you. Be aware while the Mall opened at 10 am, BR didn't open until 11 am.

This particular Banana Republic has the BEST customer service. The store is always well stocked with the latest fashions as well as their staples. Another great thing is how clean this store is. It never looks dirty which is great and expected.If you don’t have a BR card get one as the discounts continue with it.I’d highly recommend this location in Greenville, South Carolina for all your clothes needs!

The team at Sales here at this Banana Republic specifically are some of the sweetest, most helpful, kindest people ever. We were attended by Will and Andrea. We’ve been here multiple times and they have always been so amazing. The team here goes above and beyond. But also, the store itself is always kept so clean, maintained and stocked with the latest fashions sometimes ahead of time.If you are worried about it being a more upscale store and the idea of going in is a bit intimidating? Please just walk in, you’ll be treated like family and walk out looking glorious.10/10. Loved Will and Andrea, ya’ll are just too sweet!

Horrible customer service. I ordered a dress online at a discounted price (NOT final sale) and wanted to exchange it for a different size. The website does not offer exchanges and when I called the store, they do not handle exchanges over the phone. Ridiculous. Because now if I want the dress I have to pay a higher price because they will not exchange it unless I come in store. I live in Greenville, SC and the closest factory store is an hour away. I am appalled that they do not handle exchanges on their website or phone.

Let me start off by saying I’m in my first trimester of pregnancy, and haven’t been motivated or felt good enough lately to go buy some new clothes for my growing body. Libby and Philip made this experience at BR enjoyable and so convenient for this tired mama! Need different sizes? They found them. Need different colors? They got them. Need to know what’s on sale and what isn’t so there isn’t sticker shock? They showed me. But the best parts about the two of them was their sincerity and sense of humor. They HeLpeD me decide on the best colors by asking questions about my everyday wardrobe, and my skin and eye colors. They didn’t pressure me to get everything just so I had to feel guilt for overspending. I got exactly what in needed at 40% everything and walked out with the comfiest, coziest, cutest tops ive had in a long time that Libby and Philip helped me find to flatter my new body in the early stages of pregnancy. Bottom line, they did their jobs very well. Didn’t hover, but helped when asked. I’ll be back soon and I hope I see you guys! Thanks for making me feel so good after I left BR!
