Banks motto should be "inconsistency". From different office hours at locations, to needing 2 forms of id suddenly to cash a check for 500 when u see me cash a 1000 dollar check every 2 weeks. Joke of a bank.

Went into cash in a check today drawn on Bank of America. Never had an issue with this before in the past at any other location… The teller was extremely rude and cashed a check for someone else that was from out of state for a large dealer group that I work for… I had my license and credit card that was in my Apple wallet and valid. Teller said it wasn’t good enough! I asked for the manager and the teller went into the managers office, but the manager didn’t bother with coming out to explain anything and had a different person that worked there explain their ridiculous reason for not cashing. Teller passed by and never said another word. Very poor customer service. Find another branch or better yet a different bank! Now I know why I closed my account with them years back.!

Set up a new account and went to pay off my credit card. Even though the app showed my new account and I have screen shots showing it was coming out of the new account. They charged my old account twice and my new account once. They refuse to pay the overdraft fees.

Extremely upset with this branch. I went to deposit a check, and the teller stated she could not cash it , because it was more than my available balance. The Teller proceeded to tell me she could deposit the check and it will be in the account by the next morning. Well next day I check online and it states that the deposit is on hold until 12/29/21. I was livid as this money was to help pay for my mothers final expenses this week. Called customer service and they were of no help and she said I would receive a call from one of her supervisors regarding the issue, I have yet to hear from anyone. I tried four times calling the BOA branch on Haywood Rd, and no one answers. I will be ending my 17 year banking relationship with this bank.

There were two young ladies that helped me change phone number on the website because its now updated and I had lost all info but they were awesome and even though it was only about 3 min after closing...they didn't have to help however were SO friendly and helpful! Thank you two(I'm just gonna call you miss red and miss brunette at moment). I hope you have a great weekend and bless you both! This customer service is why I've been banking with BOA since 2013!

Horrible place don't know how to answer phone return phone calls co duct business or anything. Just a dump place with unprofessional employees. Very horrible place. I have dirtier words but they would only add to the filth of the place

Terrible Service!!! I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes today and had to leave! I will have to return another day but I do not want to. The lobby was 'temporarily closed' so that was not an option. The branch manager at this location should be fired.

Recently started my BUSINESS account here. Not HAPPY at all. Just made a substantial deposit and wanted to UNDERSTAND something about a CHECK I was cashing. The TELLER got AGGRESSIVE with me telling me I can’t CASH check anywhere in my BUSINESS name. I told her I could she have SOMEONE explain my account to me, as she got more aggressive, it seemed she was getting the guards attention. Then told me to take a seat. The customer service here is just not what I was thinking opening my first business account. A few weeks ago, they set me an appointment to have my wife sign for the account. They insisted it wouldn’t be long, and we would walk straight in. She waited 45 min and still wasn’t seen. I wouldn’t recommend this bank, especially for minorities. You don’t feel apart of there branch.
