I have been banking at the branch for about 8 years and the services just keep getting better and better. The Manager Debora is great! Always available to help. Elian can open an account super fast and is very knowledgeable. Overall the staff is very friendly.

Cashing a check drawn on their bank. Poor service, unprofessional, an employee by last name Mesa is the rudest person, and also very racist. Being a Hispanic individual and having that job herself should be proof that not all Hispanics are illegal or have fraudulent documents. She was asking for my husband’s ID’s even though she was not the person that was assisting him. She requested and assumed he did not have proper ID’s or probably did not speak any English. Well she was in For a surprise because she got the wrong person to mess with, he is not only a US citizen and speaks English, he is also very knowledgeable about the law. But to top everything the manager was there and did not say a word. So many things wrong in that interaction: profiling, accusing of having fraudulent documents, racism, poor service. They should just go home and close the place. Oh and it should be a -1 Star

1 star is too many. I went in to talk with someone, Deborah the manager told me i needed an appointment and she couldnt talk to me. While she walked around doing nothing. She took a well dressed man that looked like he had money and not in work clothes right after that, smh!! I told her i had to do a transaction TODAY!! She told me to make an appointment. WHAT A WORTHLESS FEMALE!! I NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WHEN PETER WAS MANAGER!! I will be driving from berea to the mauldin store to be treated with respect from peter. The berea store needs peter yonk back as manager because this store has went to HELL since peter left and Deborah is a terrible manager!!!!

As a business owner potentially seeking to open an account with Bank of America, I was floored at the rudeness of the manager there. In the middle of my meeting with an advisor, she incorrectly stated I had the wrong paperwork. Then she proceeded to interrupt the meeting by assigning the advisor other duties while I was right there. Guess my meeting was over! I waited three days for that meeting and it lasted all of 3 minutes. I just walked out. Whoever the manager was on Wed 10/6/21 should be fired. I called Chase across the street and they set up an appt same day and fulfilled my business needs.

If you ever been mistreated by Deborah contact me is time for her to leave. She disrespects people and when you ask her about your account the explanations she gives doesn't even make senses and if you keep explaining her the problem she gets mad and gives you a bad attitude and trows you out of her office. Since the beginning she looked in a bad mood.

This branch is the worst ever. People has to wait for at least 45 minutes to do a transaction.
