Thai is the only bank in Greenville when I walk in to it made to feel like a thief or some fraud. What part of the person who wants to withdraw don’t understand English so therefore don’t have a debit card or a banking app. So I can’t get my own money??? Every time we go there we are made to feel like a we are scamming in to someone’s account.

The manager told me he was going to reimburse me for the money I spent on my cashiers check. He gave his word it would be in my account by the end of the day. Of course that did not happen. He’s not a man of his word!

The branch manager is not customer friendly! I left my card in a gas pump and a nice couple returned it to the local branch. I get a call from the branch manager telling me she has it. I’m like great I’ll be there Monday morning to pick it up (bank of America no longer prints new cards in the store)!! Everything is great. An hour later get a call that they are going to destroy my card. The manager wasn’t open to options. I ask if she can order me a card, she refused, asked her to just close my account she refused, then I ask her another question and while I’m speaking with her she mid conversation transferred me. RUDE! RUDE!I then call the branch back and she answered and I explain I just had a very rude experience, she act like it wasn’t her that had just called me. When I ask to speak to the branch manager it’s her!! Then she admits she ms the one who just talked to me. If a branch manager can my order me a new debt card what kind of manager is she? If she treats her customer rudely, then how does she treat her employees? I then explain to her customer service via the phone takes for ever to get someone on the phone and she still refuses to order me a debt card!Bank of America has lost its vision on customer service. They are trying to make it teller/drive-Thur free and are losing the most important part of the bussiness customer service, and they will be completely closed in the next 5 years it’s a shame. I have been with them for 18+ years and will be closing my account and moving to a local bank!! Shame on your Bank of America branch manager!

My wife and I almost didn't keep our appointment to open an account at this branch because of the google reviews. We took a chance and we are glad we did. We met with Eric Craven and open an account. Eric is a professional and was easy to work with . From the moment we walked in the door we were greeting with a friendly smile and welcome. We waited just a quick moment and Eric came out to greet us. He found the right accounts to fit our needs and it was a great experience

I have been frustrated with BofA for a long time, and am now in process of moving to another bank. My major issue with BofA is that they can't seem to mind their own business about my account. The latest: they FROZE my account because I made an online purchase from a vendor they didn't recognize, so they immediately thought some bogeyman was out to get all my money, and froze the account. Their imaginary monsters have appeared more than once before. They can't seem to balance their "fraud protection" in line with decent customer service. Changing banks is a huge and time-consuming pain, but I am doing it and will be glad to be rid of them.

i went to solve an issue regarding a check and the lady that helped me was SO nice!!! this will be the only BOA i'll be going to from now on!

Bank of America used too be my favorite bank too bank at. The lady at the Easley branch, told me they would not charge me. To have a account here. Now every month they charge me just for having a account open with them. So now I'm just trying too close the account so I don't have too deal with them every month.

(I have to go here work work only) I really don't like giving negative reviews, but this place needs help! There's rarely more than one teller at the window and all the manager type people are always in their offices with the doors closed. People waiting in line and in the drive through with only one teller window open and one person doing everything else. All of this is probably related to the pandemic and people still don't want to work in an office. I'd never use this corporation for personal business. Way too many horror stories.

Went in to get change for biz. Tellers acted miserable like they don’t want to be there. Asked if I have a account I replied ‘yes’ yet still made me show the debit card. I did, No problem, when asked for coin change for $20 l, she almost rolled her eyes and offered me some kind of coin exchange form for next time which I never heard of. This is not the first time getting bad attitude from tellers at this particular branch.

It’s not the people at this branch but BoA won’t let me close the account online. When I call the recommended number to close the account, I hung up after 20 minutes of being on hold. It’s been 30 minutes now and I’m still in line waiting to just close this old account. Is it any wonder I switched to another bank?

I have never had a bank treat me with such contempt. And it has happened on several occasions. And from the looks of these reviews, they could care less. Now here comes the canned response from there "social media team".I wanted to add to this review, IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING DOING A REVIEW ON THE INEPT SERVICE, AND THE CONTEMPTUOUS EMPLOYEES THAT WORK HERE, PLEASE PLEASE DO!. THEY ARE AT 2.2 STARS RIGHT NOW, SO CLOSE TO THE 1 STAR THEY DESERVE. LETS GET THEM THERE!Thank you.
