“I highly recommend this business! My experience was with the mobile truck key service. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He had to return several times due to the wrong key fob being sent out by the manufacturer ( not his fault). He kept me informed about the problem and assured me that he would get it resolved. And he did what he said. He also informed me that there were multiple keys programmed for my car and he deleted all of them so no one could access my car except me. Jeff is a wonderful guy to work with!”
“Outstanding service!!!!!!! I needed help and details with applying my rear view mirror and passenger mirror. I asked the employees if they could possibly do it and they told me “No, due to their store policies” which is completely understandable! I don’t know a darn thing about cars ? and as easy as it may be, I was afraid that I would do it the wrong way. But Mr. Elliot, the store manager, was kind enough to help me out - of course I did all the work, he just verbally taught me how. It made my day because before, I did not have knowledge on how to do this and now I do because of him. This goes to show that this store cares about their customers and the employees here are selfless, helpful and patient. “I usually only leave reviews when the service is bad, but when I get exceptional service, I say it right away and even look for a manager to acknowledge the employee. But this time, I’m taking the time to give a shout out to Bailey.
As soon as we walked in, Bailey greeted us right away, which I really like because it shows a lot of respect. Plus, she was super helpful and explained everything we needed to know. She gave us feedback on the items we were looking for and made sure we left with all our questions answered.
As a woman who has worked in a male-dominated and tools environment, I know how hard it can be, not just because we’re women, but because sometimes they assume we don’t know or aren’t experienced. But Bailey broke all those stereotypes with her professionalism and knowledge.

“I was in the other day for engine air filter and cabin air filters and Dylan assisted. He was the nicest person ever, stopped what he was doing to look up the items and went to the back for them immediately. He even game me some advice on what to look for when changing them out. So easy, I’ve got them changed out now. I definitely recommend his assistance. His customer service and his demeanor were the best.”
“Perfectly fine. Not warm and fuzzy, but hardware stores and I guess car parts stores are like that, and I didn't have to wait for Amazon to get a small item. The store is a lot smaller than it looks on the outside (when this was a Family Mart in the 1970s and Bi-Lo in the 1980s, it was a lot bigger inside). But it's perfectly fine.”
