Poor customer service, they sent me a letter stating that my dad has a safe deposit box which he has passed i’m over his estimate and they won’t give me the items in it which I have been trying to get for 5 months now i also have all The necessary paperwork to get the items inside. Do not ever used truest bank.

This is the second time my card and cash has been took by the ATM then it shutting down. Happened last week now it's happening as I type this. Idk how they haven't fixed this issue yet

This location is pointless. Hardly ever open or operating properly. Pathetic is the only way to describe this place.

BB&T sent a letter saying they were going to end the leap program and that they were going to cancel my leap account and send a check of the balance left. They didn’t cancel the account and they proceeded to continue to charge monthly fees. I called the customer service department for the Leap card. They gave me the runaround for about a week and said they couldn’t issue any credits and that you had to physically go into a bank. They were useless. It makes no sense that in 2022 you have to go to a bank to take care of business. I called the bank and they were able to cancel the account but did not refund me the amount I had in my account at the time that they said they would cancel the account. BB&T/Truist didn’t honor what they said they were going to do in the letter and they don’t care about their customers.

Nobody said helloI was ignored for 10 mins, not even a “we will be right with you”. Nothing to acknowledge me or the the other five people in line. When I finally asked if I could just get a time on how long it might be or if they were only accepting customers through the drive through, the bank tellers lady’s had only attitude.

The ATM at this lo atino Harley works to withdraw Monet and the drive through is the lowes I have EVER experienced. Like 30 min yo take care of a customer. Pathetic.
