James Blair was extremely easy to work with and knowledgeable about the products. I sent pics of an existing shed's Gable/Rake trim and he customized the same. The prices are well below what i would have paid at local big box stores. I can't wait for next day delivery tomorrow!

Nothing better than old school phenomenal customer service! As the owner of a renovation company we recently purchased some metal roofing. There was a bit of a misunderstanding with our order so I stopped in to speak with William the GM, who without hesitation made it right within 10 mins without ever questioning the situation. I was floored by his professionalism and kindness. I was literally speechless with what he did for me. Very rare to find this type of genuine concern for customer satisfaction anymore. Today's experience with Best Buy Metals Greenville was nothing short of ridiculous. The sales manager (Alexis) was unprofessional and extremely difficult to deal with. We were shorted 2 pieces of metal on our most recent order. I called to request the 2 missing pieces and was given a lecture by their sales manager as to why they did not owe us any metal.I explained we would gladly PAY for the metal but she continued to talk over my husband and I as we were speaking on the phone. She refused to listen and continuously made excuses and placed blame on us ...the customer...after we spent almost $13,000 with them. She wanted to argue and insult us over $145!I'm appalled and hope to never use Best Buy Metals Greenville to service our projects again. Our initial sales rep no longer works there. The second sales rep we placed the order with also no longer works there. I can only assume they were talked down to and were insulted as we were.
