“I got a set of Boyd Prologue 28 wheels 15 months ago for my Specialized Diverge and have been super satisfied. I got my bike tuned up and then the same day I cracked the rear wheel on a training ride. This was 2 days before I was departing for the drive to NY for the GFNY Gran Fondo ride (above New York City). Boyd's damage policy is great but I could not wait for the wheel rebuild. Boyd sent me a new wheel next-day delivery at a very reasonable price and I was back in business! Thanks guys!”
