Very rude. Would never purchase anything here. Went in to buy mascara, sales lady yelled across the store to another woman to see if they had anything in my price range, around $45. Then informed me they only sale high end products.

I have been to this store a few times but most recently I called the store to inquire about a specific sunscreen - being pregnant it is hard enough to find a safe sunscreen but I also waited till the last minute and the store did not have it in stock. Without asking the store rep offered to call another store and have them overnight the sunscreen to me so I would have it in time. Customer service at this location went above and beyond -I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

Andrea does a really nice job managing this location. She knows the product lines intimately and talks with you on products rather than “at you”. I feel like I’m having a conversation with a good friend on skin care, makeup etc.Even better news, is her staff is the same way. A great representation of “Lead by Example”.I’m personally grateful for being introduced to many of the product lines at Blue Mercury. I’m a forever fan for sure.If you are looking for new skin care or just need help with making a decision on what to do(and you are in the Greenville area), please stop and see this great team. Really worth your time for sure.

A couple weeks ago, I walked in to this Blue mercury store. I got a little help sampling perfume in the beginning. An employee left while another came in to replace her. There were Still TWO employees attending, two younger females. An older lady came in after me and she seemed like a regular?, she got help and attention from both employees, while no one checked again on me. Meanwhile I'm pregnant, busy and had limited time to shop, and can't stand for too long. I could've bought what I liked and got a nice deal with the promotion going on in a timely manner; but instead all the other 3 ladies, including the second employee who was supposed to be idle..., were having fun conversing, probably not about something important, and on the expense of taking care of me, another customer. I was ignored and so I ended walking out because of this very unpleasant experience. Not going to give money in exchange for No Service.

I came from out of state and when I walked in the girls working there were so sweet and helpful! They directed me to exactly what I needed and explained both products to me and as described, both products are amazing! I will definitely buy the Lune +Aster Eclipse mascara and the Moroccan Oil hairspray again! Can’t wait to order other products mentioned.

Beautiful layout of the store, everything was clean and organized. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable with products! I needed a new foundation and Caroline helped me find exactly what I was looking for and Mikayla helped me find a shadow palette as well. Also had my eyebrows done by Cassandra..Brow guru! She took her time and explained each step as she was doing it..Best brows I've had done! They follow and enforce CDC covid recommendations which made the in store experience even better!

Placed an order on the phone which my daughter would pick up the following weekend. The employee who took the call was friendly and took care of my needs. However, when my daughter went in to pick up my purchase last Sunday (3/28) she was not treated the way I would expect. The employee acted like it was an inconvenience to locate the purchase (which my daughter had my receipt on her phone for), once found, handed the bag to my daughter and then turned her back and walked away. My daughter had intended to discuss her own skincare needs and would have probably made a sizeable sale but this sales person turned her off so much that she walked out. In this day and age and this type of upscale store I would expect better customer service. Sadly this experience will send me to the internet to satisfy my future skincare needs, instead of the store.

I got the worst facial I'v ever had! She recommended the hydrating facial but she couldn't really tell me the difference between the $89 one and $140. They were both 50 min long but she assured me that the more expensive one would be longer. It was not! I filled out the paper work and made sure to put I have sensitive skin. 1-The girl didn't say a word to me before she started nor did she examine my skin. 2- She put a mask on and within a second my face was on fire! I asked her would the burning stop! She replied it's a quick mask and started to remove it. If someone has sensitive skin why WHY would you use that mask!!!! She definitely didn't read the paper that I filled out. My face was on fire even after the facial! 3-The description said it included extraction she did non! Also at no point did she use steam. I'v never ever had a facial without steam. I don't recommend them at all! She had no clue what she was doing. I went bc I had a gift card I should have spent it on makeup.

Loved seeing so many high end (some also very hard to find in store) brands!
