I didn't catch the young lady's name who works in the evening but she is great!! After spending 4 days on the phone with customer service and visiting 3 different boost stores she was able to fix my issue in 2 minutes!! I know where I'll be going first if there is a next time. Thank you again.

I bought a moto stylus phone from the East North St store but found no stylus.I call the store back and explained the situation and found it suspect that they wanted me to get in touch with Motorola because this is the same store that didn't want to get my account info.Has anyone else received this kinda service as of late?
