I visited the location to utilize the express oil change service. My service advisor Edward was very welcoming and helpful. I was happy to see that the in-house car wash is available again. Edward went over my service results and discussed the upcoming routine service requirements. My visit was a quick and pleasant one!

I have been going to Infiniti of Greenville since 2019. Always a pleasant and great experience today was horrible I’m not sure if this lady was new she first didn’t see my truck in the system and this is the only dealership I go to and she immediately says $189.00 for diagnosed no people skills nothing I left and made appointment with another company. Horrible is an understatement
