“I found Ava Laurenne on TikTok and knew I wanted to visit when it came time for me to go wedding dress shopping. I went to one other store before this one and had a not so positive experience, and Ava Laurenne completely turned the whole shopping day around. The store itself is beautiful and they have an incredible collection of gowns, but more than anything the consultants made it such a memorable experience. I had the great fortune of working with Natalie, who within minutes of meeting me made me feel at ease and excited to try on more dresses. She was so incredibly kind and helpful; throughout the appointment, she asked me so many thoughtful questions and really took the time to understand my vision, even going over the original appointment time. She was the most incredible hypeman and the most patient consultant, and she went above and beyond to make me feel special during the two hours we spent together. And beyond that, it was just such a fun and happy experience for me and my family and friends. Even though I didn’t find my dress that day, my appointment with Natalie at Ava Laurenne stands out as my favorite of all the bridal appointments I went to. I truly cannot recommend it enough, and I would encourage anyone thinking of booking an appointment to do it and thank me later!”

“I loved every minute of my appointment. It was my first one and there’s a reason I went with them even after going and trying on dresses many other places. They hands down had the best customer service out of everywhere. Attentive, sweet, listened to me, but most of all just made it feel so chill and like it was just be and one of my friends having a good time. Working in retail myself I really value a good experience over anything else. Everywhere else felt so cookie-cutter stiff and like I was just another number. The selection of dresses was so good and organized and easy to find what you were looking for. Most places felt like looking through goodwill racks all mixed up!
