I have loved shopping at buckle for many years, however this is the worst location I have ever stepped foot in. The customer service is non-existent, the store is a trainwreck but my issue like many of the reviews I'm reading involves trying to have a return processed. Not even a return but an online exchange the store refused to do and told me I would have to do it online that they would not be doing it in the store. Frankly the management in this location should be embarrassed and corporate should really look into retraining this entire location or restaffing it.

I've been to the Greenville location twice to return jeans I've purchased online and both cashiers that helped me gave my problems with me online return. The first time the cashier questioned if I removed my tag because the jeans did not have the original tag. These were shipped to me so I can not prevent what tag was on the jeans. Then I went today with one single item to return from an online order and just because it wasAfter pay the cashier gave me issues again. Especially because I didn't have the app to get my form of payment credit back to me and I would not accept an gift card because I was still in the return window. She proceeded to contact guest services and they credited me my money back which is the same thing she could have done. To end this, she told me that in order to receive my refund that I just needed to return them online. I did not feel welcomed at either point in the store.

We were in to process a refund because a shirt purchased for Christmas did not fit. The cashier was very professional but the manager was very rude and questioning all refunds. I think your manager needs to know that refunds happen after Christmas and she should not make people feel like thieves.

Bought the wrong size clothes and went back a week later and they wouldn’t exchange it even though I had the receipt and nothing was worn all because it didn’t have the price tags on them.

I purchased a Hoodie on Black Friday, then went back the next day to return it because I got the wrong size. They didn't refund the first purchase, but they did charge me for the exchange. I ended up paying for both Hoodies. They refused to refund for either purchase, stating that I was lying about the purchase and exchange. I told them I had both the store receipt and credit card statement.Customer service is very bad. They have children in charge, that know absolutely nothing about store policies.

Well several things, over priced,, pushy sales clerks, can't look more than 30 seconds and someone is breathing down your neck, and lastly, Last time I checked this was America and I was not required to know Spanish but while at this store for an hour looking and trying on clothes not one song that was in English,unless you knew Spanish, you would. not known one word in any of the music they were playing, what a disgrace that they cater to outsiders more than the actual Americans that built this country, Got a feeling if I go to another country they are not going to change their culture to please me,

I've been a customer of this store for several yrs now & at the beginning it was good but has gone downhill & very disappointing. My daughter is tall so finding pants is hard. First time we spent over an hr trying different styles & sales clerk was helpful. This past Saturday was our 5th visit & my daughter was pushed to find pants by an extremely pushy clerk. There were probably 6-7 employees & neither of us could look at anything without being "assisted" to find something. They acted like we were going to steal something & we both said if the pants she ordered didn't work we wouldn't go back to this store (& there's not another Buckle anywhere close). It's really sad because we've been good customers but I won't be pushed into something I'm paying for & be made to feel how we both felt. You truly lost a good customer because of rude & pushy sales clerks. DO BETTER BUCKLE! BTW the app is useless as you can't order from it AND have to pay return shipping! Ridiculous!!!

I had to make sure I came on here to let the world know my experience at buckle today! I walked in and was looking for jeans that would fit me perfectly, I’m short and thick, I wear a 12-14 in pants and it’s always the struggleee! I wish I got the guys name that helped me, but he picked out 3 pairs of pants for me and when I tell you they fit perfectly. In the hips, belly area, and LENGTH. idk how he did it but it’s gotta be known. This has never happened to me before, but everyone working in buckle today was so helpful and so kind. I gotta find out this guys name, he’s so sweet and his outfit was snatched!!! and boo boo If you see this, I was the girl going to see Lady Gaga on Friday. I need to you to pick out my pants forever. LOVE UU

Omg, fell in love with the jeans and I bought the "Rock Revival" jeans. Also got a pair of Buckle Miss Me jeans. They fit and feel so good. I got Levi's all the time and these are so much softer than Levi's. They fit better in my waist to.

I love this place and the people who work here. They are so friendly and I've gotten to know several of them just from shopping here. I'm usually recognized when I walk in the door and they typically remember my style and what I like, which is amazing! The store is always nice, clean and organized and the customer service is above and beyond the best! Which as a store manager myself, I know is a direct representation of the leadership inside the store. Keep it up guys!

Best shopping experience, maybe ever. Went in after 4 on a Sunday and they were quite busy. All workers were helping customers and making sure the store stayed in a tidy manner, even with all the bustling going on. I was a bit overwhelmed (I'm not much of a mall shopper) and didn't even know where to start since I was shopping for jeans. I approached Brooke and she immediately stopped what she was doing and found some for me to try on. She even brought me new sizes and styles to try while I was in the changing room, and new exactly what would fit perfectly. Just when I was about done she brought me one more to try on and I absolutely LOVED this pair of pants. I haven't found jeans that fit me properly in YEARS as I am tall and thin, but with Brooke's help I found too many to choose from! Lol I left with 3 but will definitely be returning for more.
