I was very impressed working with Caliber Collision. My auto shop specialist was Scott L, and was impressed with him and his team. They all were very transparent with their communication of status of their progress and services they can provide for me to fix my car asap. I noticed that they even cleaned my car when it was returned to me today. Overall, amazing experience, given this was my first accident. 100% recommend to anyone who needs their car fixed.

I had some scratches on my new Honda CRV, caused by road junk that hit my car on interstate. Asked if they could do a ballpark estimate so I'd know if it was more than my insurance deductible. They were totally uninterested in helping me as a walk-in. Said I'd need to make appointment for them to do a formal estimate. So I walked out and looked for another body shop. Found Fred Anderson Collision, who had an estimator a available to look at damage right then and there. He said repairs definitely would be more than my $500 deductible. Then said if I could wait 10 minutes he'd prepare a formal estimate for me to submit to insurance. So guess who I'll be using for this job and any future work, and also referring friends? NOT Caliber Collision!

Had extensive hail damage on my Tacoma. My insurance company gave me three recommendations and after researching their reviews, settled on Caliber. The staff was really friendly and acted like they genuinely cared about my vehicle. My truck was promised in ten days and delivered in more like seven. I was out of town traveling when it was ready and they were more than happy to keep it on-site. I searched the truck up and down making sure the damage was fixed, and it absolutely was fixed. I really appreciate Caliber's customer service, detail, and punctuality.

This particular location is amazing. I was involved in an accident and my car went here. From the towing to my rental to my car, a smooth process. Even though Amber just left, she was so great and made sure to take care of everything, down to contacting Enterprise herself and making sure they were updated with the extension for my rental. She also made sure that I got my car back before she relocated since mine was there for the longest. I also got help with moving my stuff from car to car out of pure kindness by an older man. He was so sweet! Unfortunately, I didn't get his name but thanks so much once again! I'd recommend this place, 10/10 for sure!

My experience with Caliber Collision on Woodruff Rd was great from start to finish thanks to Amber. She was very professional and kept me well informed from the beginning to the end of the process. My vehicle had hail damage. They did an outstanding job!On the other hand, my wife's experience was not so great with her vehicle because of the individual handling her process, Scott. We should have taken the advice from the reviews about Scott. My wife did not receive one phone call from him. My wife was following instructions to wait and Scott would call her for updates. She waited and waited, when she called her vehicle was ready for a week. Now, she is waiting to find out the outcome with the rental car situation.Caliber Collision provides great customer service but do not let Scott ruin your experience ask for Amber.Services: Painting

Took over a month to repair hail damage. Received little to no communication. Over sprayed silver paint on my grill and left the interior dirty.Also missing a pair of $200 OakleysUpon further review, it appears my vehicle was driven over 400 miles during the course of the repair. Please provide an explanation as to why that was necessary.

Took are Ford F350 in after hail damage. They were thorough, very friendly, Amber was great to work with. She kept us informed along the way. After I picked up the completed truck I notice a piece of trim that was loose. They were right on it, ordered a new piece, and took care of it. I would recommend them for repairs. I had a simple bumper repair. I was without my vehicle for 35 days...my insurance covered a 30 day rental car. On day 30, I went to the shop and was informed by a Caliber employee that my car would be done by the end of that day (a Friday.) So I returned my rental car to Enterprise. My car was not done until 5 days after that.The day my car was complete, I was informed they had lost my license plates...I was at the DMV getting new ones when they called and said they found them.The whole experience was wierd and disorganized.Also Caliber argues with you about the amount of time they have your car... They don't include weekends. Apparently we don't use our vehicles on weekends...

The shop personnel are very friendly and professional. The customer service was well above what one might expect from a body shop.I worked with them for a collision repair ordered by my insurance company. The scheduling process was pretty automated although mileage may vary based on the carrier. The shop confirmed my rental and a representative from the nearby Enterprise was waiting for me after my vehicle was processed by the shop.I submitted pictures in advance, as requested after the appointment was scheduled, but the shop did not seem to use them in the appraisal process which only began after the vehicle was dropped off. They ordered the parts, but began work on disassembly that day.Others have noted long delays in parts ordering and repair, but it must depend on manufacturer. Once the parts for my vehicle came in repair work was quick and everything was done in less than a month. The entire time, the shop communicated with me (via text) on where the repair process was and if there were any delays.They notified me when the repair work was done. We walked through the work inspecting the fit and finish and there were no complaints on my end. However, over the weekend I noticed the windshield wiper was not operating correctly. I took it back on Monday and the GM had it fixed in less than 30 minutes.Overall, I am quite satisfied with the experience. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The tech was knowledgeable and professional and communicated throughout the process. Bonus points for the manager, who was also super professional and seemed to genuinely care about my experience.Service: Body & Trim

I am not a person to post reviews, but just have to on this one. Caliber had my car for 101 days. Rental car only covered 30. We went to pick up the car and the license plate wasn’t on it. An employee had to drive to a car that they think they had put the license plate on! An hour later, they put it on my car. I left and the next day realized the hood of my car was all scratched up! Amber, one of the employees, was very sweet and has to take all the complaints. Needless to say… find somewhere else to take your car!Service: Body & Trim
