They are well-made mini-apartments with everything you need for cooking. There is also a well-stocked gym. Too bad about the noisy fridge, but ok overall!Rooms: Comfortable.

Hotel looks good from outside, inside is rather outdated. 1st day on 4th floor I had a roach jump off the bathroom counter. Laundry room had lots of damaged equipment. No breakfast offered.Rooms: A little outdated. Found some hair in my bed night 1, had a roach jump off the vanity in bathroom, tub drained super slowWalkability: Lots of stores and food. Target is directly behind lotFood & drinks: Fully stocked pantry with typical hotel prices. Lots of rest close by to walk to, but traffic is insane.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Candlewood Suites, and I must say, the service provided by Kiya, the concierge, was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, Kiya went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and willingness to accommodate my requests truly stood out. Moreover, I want to commend the night shift staff, who were equally as helpful and attentive. They were quick to assist with any inquiries or needs I had during my stay, ensuring that I felt welcomed and taken care of at all times.Overall, my experience at Candlewood Suites was made memorable by the outstanding service provided by Kiya and the entire staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay, thanks to the dedication and professionalism of individuals like Kiya.

They are wonderful here! And extremely pet friendly! The staff all were polite and helpful and the beds and pillows were amazing! The king suite was like a small apt. The kitchen and living room were open and the bedroom was separate and bathroom as well. They offer free 24 hour laundry which is very convenient and the layout was easily accessible from every side of the hotel with an entrance and elevator accessible.Rooms: Like an apt the king suite had a full kitchen, open livingroom and separate bedroom and bathroom. The beds and pillows were so amazingly soft and inviting!Food & drinks: They have a cupboard in the lobby you can purchase food and drinks and health and beauty aids.

The suite was perfect. The beds and pillows were so soft and comfortable that I actually fell asleep and stayed asleep for more than 4 hours and that is rare. The staff were so helpful when I had an issue getting our door open. They even came up to make sure our issue was fixed. The little area to get coffee and all kinds of snacks and meals is a very good idea.Nearby activities: The area has so much to see and do. Shopping galore and such a wide area to explore.Food & drinks: The restaurants and cafes are plentiful here and we got to experience 3.

I checked in here on July 16 and I haven't had room service yet. I called to ask for room service twice yet still no one has come. I just got clean sheets and towels today after I asked personally. Very inconvenient to say the least, last thing I want to worry about is coming back to an unkept room after working 10 hour days 6 days a week.

Our room had roaches in it and also smelled like smoke. Also, the receptionist told us 4 times upon arrival he had no reservation for us. Finally after showing him our confirmation number and name, he found it.

I’ve been a loyal IHG member for many years(10+ years and a platinum elite member) and this is one of the most disheartening stays I’ve had.First of all, The evening staff member was phenomenal and she’s a great asset to the hotel. My husband(the room was under his name) and I stopped in while we were moving from Virginia and needed a place to stay after a very long day of traveling. The front desk agent who checked us in was superb and if I was the manager I would give her a raise. The lightbulb in one of our lamps was out and it wasn’t even 30 seconds after asking for a new bulb did she bring a new one up to us.The ONLY reason service is getting a 2 stars is for the evening desk employee. If my only interaction was the morning shift, I would give negative stars if that would be possible. Now, this is where I can’t give 5 stars like I have in the past. The one thing I can not overlook is our dog waking us up(not usual) at 2:30am pawing at the counter. He is an older pup so this was startling. I get out of bed and there was a bug about an inch in size crawling over our counter. It looked like a roach, centipede and spider critter. I couldn’t sleep the rest of the night, and if we didn’t have another long day of traveling ahead of us I would’ve packed up our stuff and gone to another hotel. Granted, we were on the 2nd floor so having bugs on that level is alarming. I can overlook a lot of things but bugs in a room I can not. When I approached the front desk a few hours later when my husband woke up and we were leaving for our final destination, they completely blew me off. I wasn’t mad or angry, just informative.I showed them the video I caught with the time stamp and they said, “oh, it’s South Carolina and you’ll get used to it. These bugs are everywhere.” Ummm…excuse me? No. They didn’t apologize or anything. An apology is all I would’ve liked, but that was too much apparently.Having a bug in a room you pay for is not ok.Not only did one employee blew me off but two. A gentleman in a black shirt and girl in a stitch sweatshirt. The ONLY positive to our stay was that the hotel was very close to the highway and convenient to restaurants and stores.Again, I can overlook a lot of things and do not consider myself picky, but this is not acceptable.

I am happy that I found this jem for my stay in Greenville to visit family. I enjoyed the spacious room, it felt as a small apartment style suite . The front desk always spoke when I would walk through the front lobby. The room was extremely quiet and I enjoyed the location, it is convenient to local stores and to a movie theater.
