Exceptional service and knowledge, with unbelievably caring associates does not even come close to describing the wonderful people and treatment that you receive at Carolina Homecare Medical Supply. These folks love what they do, and know their business. They truly have a passion for providing products and services required for homecare. This type small business is what keeps our world wonderful and I encourage you to support these folks who's attention to detail, phenomenal service, expertise and concern will never be encountered on an impersonal mega website. I am a huge fan of this company.

the proprietors customer care attitude needs improvement. good service with a continual frown. its bad when disloyalty ensues among co workers. i see why. said " i needed to be an established custimer" to use insurance. she wanted the cash sale without the hassle. i needed the item for my c pap or I'd not bothered. now i wont be back. i wished these people or someone would carry ez lite motorized chairs and lifts.

These guys are WONDERFUL! Stephanie is amazing and helped so much. She explained everything so well. I received a better explanation from her than I did my own doctor… Shes super helpful with setting up the equipment and explaining everything surrounding that as well. 10/10 highly recommend these guys.

We had problems with a defective rollator by Trust. Stephanie came through and replaced it even though the manufacturer would not. Great helpful people at this store. We will continue to shop here for our needs.

Needed to get my father a motorized wheelchair. Was not sure where to start our search. Didn’t want online purchase, and not be able to try the wheelchair out first. Thank God he lead us to Carolina homecare.. we met with Marilyn (just as beautiful as mrs monroe).. she was well versed in the products in the store, she was so helpful with all our needs, even supplied us with a cup holder for the wheelchair for my dads coffee… lol.. we finally decided on the perfect motorized wheelchair and the paperwork was quick and efficient and the price was considerably lower than the online chairs we had been looking at.Marilyn thank you for your time and patience, you must be a valued associate!!!

Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly! Both times I called Mike was very helpful, he and Marilyn were also very helpful in the store and even went outside the store to help assist my father in law. I highly recommend Carolina Homecare!!

We visited Carolina Homecare today to purchase a motorized wheelchair for my dad. We met Marilyn who was very knowledgeable about the products they sell. She was patient and pleasant with my father (who is old and cranky)..lol.. we found the chair we wanted, got a better price than online and took the chair home with us. It was a pleasant experience and we feel we made the right choice working with Carolina Homecare.. I highly recommend their products and the service they assist with! I met with Stephanie today and she took excellent care of me. She explained the entire cpap process and shared her recommendations with me. I am excited to work with her and would recommend anyone call her and schedule a consultation.

Horrible customer service. The lady who answers the phone scheduled a time for pick up. After waiting thirty minutes we called and was told well we never schedule exact times. Umm, yes you did. If you would have said to begin with a timeframe of an hour, then we would have known. She could have cared less. Don’t waste your time with this company. If they don’t care about how they do service, then what if your loved one had an issue with medical equipment? Find a reliable company. I see where owner responds sometimes, don’t bother. Spend your time training your administrative people.

This company, and Stephanie are beyond awesome. After spending nearly a month trying to get my prior company to help me with a problem with my CPAP with no results, I called Carolina Homecare, who stepped in immediately, even before I was a customer, to get me on track. Switched service immediately.

If you want the best info, attention, and quality care this is the place to go! All the things I was not told by my ‘insurance approved’ C-Pap provider, I was made fully aware of by Carolina Homecare. I only wish I started with them; but thankful I found them! Stephanie went over things I should have been told in the beginning. She REALLY cares about what she does and takes the time to listen and help. She also has many years experience in the field of medical equipment, especially C-Pap machines and supplies. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants professional and knowledgeable people to assist you with any medical needs.
