If you want every check you deposit to be held for 10 days look no further than these guys. Impossible to speak with anyone on the phone and never return phone calls/messages left. Can't run a business while banking with these guys my business is going elsewhere.

Two experiences in a row of terrible service. This bank has no growth agenda and thereby no quality service. Slow, inefficient, and don't care whether they lose or gain an account.I've been a chase customer for 15+ years and because of this branch I'll be closing down and changing banks.

Josie is a fantastic financial advisor. Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. probably one of the only reasons I will return to Chase for my banking. Pleasure to work with.

This branch has a lovely building and the staff is always very friendly when you come in. End of positives. The follow through by those employees, including the branch manager, is non existent. I have been trying to get my account set up properly since the day I opened it 5 months ago. I have made 5 trips into the bank and produced everything they asked for (when I contacted THEM to find out why it wasn't handled... because they have never been in contact with me as they say they will be). Even when I have spoken to Daniel, the manager, he can't seem to do anything but tell me someone else will "get back to me". The same thing happened with a 2nd unrelated issue I had. Save yourself the aggravation and find another bank... maybe not on Woodruff either! I guess there's a reason they have to offer such big incentives to get you to open an account with Chase.

Professional people that come up and greet you. They made time for me and my wife even though we didn’t have an appointment. Added my wife to the checking account. They have a secured banking option that me and my wife are in love with. Why every bank doesn’t offer something like this is beyond me. No overdraft fees, both the available and present balance update right away to the same thing when you spend money. They block charges and only allow us to spend what we have, which is very nice. Very pleased with chase bank and their services and will always be a forever customer as long as they keep an account option like this and are friendly. So far I’ve only been to this location and the Haywood road one and both of the people that have helped me have been nice and professional.

Had a very important check (over the mobile deposit limit) I needed to cash today. Drove all the way to the bank through the nightmare of Woodruff Road traffic and they were closed! I've been a Chase customer since college and the one time I actually need to go in the bank they aren't even open!

Stuck in the past. For such a large bank, 90% of everything you need to get done has to happen IN THE BRANCH. On top of that, this congested location means you typically NEED AND APPOINTMENT to come in and accomplish anything. Welcome to 1995. Want some checks to go with that? Chase can help! Their website is not as good as many smaller banks and goes to great lengths to shove their credit cards down your throat rather than giving you greater insight over your checking account. Additionally, on any transactions that remotely look like investment activity - JPMORGAN is here to help you with that (insert ad into your ledger, thanks Chase). AVOID. Outdated, inconvenient and obnoxious.

I went in for a simple money wire. The process should have taken no more than 5 minutes, but oh, no.. it ended up not happening at all thanks to Ty.After I handed him everything he needed to start the process (debit card, driver’s license, wire info) he proceeded with my verification. Apparently having the debit card and driver’s license did not suffice. But whatever, I was willing to answer a couple questions about my account and move on. Well that was not the case. There was no moving on. After 5 painfully long and awkward minutes of him staring down at my driver’s license and then back at me(mind you I don’t look that much different from the picture but whatever) he then started asking me questions not related to the process. I’m not one for chit chat but I played along to fill in the silence. After every answer I was met with an attitude and a scoff. I was taken back by it but I let it go thinking he must really have a bad day. He then told me that I should not go on with the wire but do a transfer instead since the account for the wire was a chase account and directed me to the cashier. I explained to him that it was for a vehicle purchase and a wire was required. 15 minutes later he was still asking questions while still having my driver’s license in his hand and staring at it. At that point I started getting impatient so I asked how were any of those questions relevant to the reason for why I was there for.(who has getting the car, where the car was and why).Well that really ticked him off. He gave me such attitude and let me know that he didn’t even know if I was authorized to wire that amount in the first place. After that exchange, 5 seconds later, miraculously his system crashed and he was not able to complete the process.I was baffled. Two days prior I wired triple the amount to the same account and the process was smooth and fast.I’ve been banking with chase for years and I’ve never experienced such disrespect and unprofessionalism before. Absolutely no communication skills and beyond poor customer service.

By far the best bank I’ve ever had! Thank you so much to Joshua who helped me from a week ago all the way to today. He’s supper quick and knows how to handle a situation. I came from Wells Fargo and was never treated with such an amazing attitude and quick customer service.

Communicating with this local bank is a NIGHTMARE, they only list the main branch number and when I call they don’t answer 99% of the time on top of waiting for the 10 minute long robot answering service to even start the call. The rare time I do get someone to answer they send me straight back to the robotic system which does nothing and then I have to repeat call 5-10 times and try again which they then proceed to send me to someone in India who is just as unhelpful which once again starts this process over.To say I am beyond frustrated is an understatement, this is something that happens continuously which is why I am now writing a review because I cannot get ahold of anyone personally even if I wanted to.Save yourself the torment and use another bank.

Closed unexpected and abruptly. After fighting through Woodruff Rd traffic due to this branch’s terrible location, finding it closed is extremely frustrating.

My experience with big banks has not been very good lately. How surprised I was with this Chase branch on Woodruff Rd! There was a Chase employee right inside the front door, directing traffic to teller lanes or ATMs. The teller that I dealt with was very efficient and friendly. Thumbs up for Chase!

Recently my wife and I stopped in to the Chase Bank branch on 1221 Woodruff RD in Greenville SC. We just moved to the area days before. My wife and I were house hunting and had a few banking questions related to our home purchase. We stopped in to the above mentioned Chase Bank branch and spoke to Josie Stewart.Josie invited us into her office and proceeded to help my wife and I resolve all of our banking issues instantly. As a result of her expertise we are now able to move forward with our home purchase... Josie Stewart is amazing and I recommend anyone looking for a top notch banker stop into to see Josie. We gave her a 5 star review but we would give 10 stars if we could...
