See similar reviews to my experience, took excessive time to process my paycheck and my account is restricted and scheduled to be closed and a check will be mailed. this has been going on for days and I have been lied to multiple times by their customer service/ call center people. I'll see what happens but I am going to avoid Chase like the plague going forward

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE MY ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED FOR NO REASON AND MY FUNDS WERE FROZEN..THE BRANCH MANAGER LIED AND TOLD ME A CHECK WOULD BE MAILED TO ME FOR MY REMAINING BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT..WHEN I CONTACTED HEADQUARTERS THIS WASN'T SO...AND THEN SHE LIED AND SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME LATER THAT AFTERNOON WITH A RESOLUTION AND NEVER DID...NOT ONLY TO MENTION SHE WOULDN'T LET ME SPEAK TO HEADQUARTERS WHILE I WAS THERE...STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...I FEEL DISCRIMINATED AGAINST AND IM TAKING LEGAL ACTION...SEVERELY UNPROFESSIONAL ???????
