We went to visit a 26 Dagenham Drive Greenville, SC 29615 in Greenville SC that this company manages. The property landscape was overgrown. The backyard look like the legend of Sleep Hollow. When we entered the property there was an immediate urine smell. This property was horrible . uneven floors, doors off the back screen porch. Just a mess and a waste of me and my husband's time. The pictures don't represent this house at all.

Here, I see that the reviews are mostly from rental property owners who think that “having their rental payments every month and hearing no complaints from renters” means that their properties are correctly managed. But as a renter, my experience is just the opposite. Our place has been managed by Convergent and we (me, my husband and my 3 years old daughter) have been living through some very serious problems (being harassed by the other people renting the other units, attacked, lived under continuous stalking, finally had experienced a theft) and they don’t care! The HoA does not listen us because we are renters, and this company who should have increase their voice for us doesn’t care because they say that “they are not police.” Btw I even have a police report saying that this is something that the landlord should step in! And I am even not sure if our landlord is among these happy reviewers, or really s/he does not care as well. It is our first time in 10 years of rental experience that we live through a situation like this so we were even not aware these kind of people may exist! We are trying to find us a new place and terminate our lease, but in the meantime, what I have asked them to change the building entrance code after theft (thief was the Airbnb tenant of the next door, so he definitely knows the code!). I am not sure how hard changing the code can be, but noone even cooperate with us on this (of course that they have excuses such as “noone knows how to do it”?). Please homeowners, please try to not just make the money out of your properties! Take action! Follow your properties closely! Hopefully our landlord will also read this review and question if this may be her/his unit and end this nightmare!
