Costco (Greenville, SC) just made my day! Costco had my favorite holiday dip, Cranberry & Jalapeno Dip & Spread by La Terra Fina, back on the shelf. I have been contacting Costco and La Terra Fina for the last several years trying to find/buy/ship this product. Whoever made this happen...thank you, dyfor making my day and my holidays.

*No notice until you get inside the store.Food court is closed for remodeling until October 20, 2023.I hope they are not installing stand up tables at this location (per corporate restructure) and really hope they are adding to their menu.

I do like Costco and I like them a lot! I borderline love this retail giant! This particular store seemed much larger than the one I most frequently visit in Spartanburg, S.C. My daughter and I accompanied by my newest grandson really enjoyed our visit. She bought several items and I only bought one. I always buy a case or two of the small water bottles. They are more expensive than the regular sized ones but it eliminates wasted water. I frequently purchase the Kirkland four packs of bacon and find it superior in taste to the more recognized national brands! I personally cannot find any fault concerning the inside but the traffic in and out of this place is horrendous! Do I really like Costco? You bet I do!

The employees in the food court are overworked, and always stressed every time I come. They’re also running around, and they barely have help. It affects the food and customer service, which makes them not answer the phone and under fill orders.

I am so so disappointed in the service I received in the food court area. There was a young lady of the Mexican decnt. She was very very rude and not accommodating to the need of a mishap in an order. I can no longer see myself spending my money in a place of business who allows this kind of behavior.

Going through the line at this place is like going through court house security. They yell at you, snatch cards out of hand and threatening you. Yes I was threatened. Called the manager and of course they aren't going to do anything because it's just another complaining customer. I should of done a police report. I'm regretting that. Using Sams from now on. Seems safer.Be careful

Only place I shop, hands down. I get 90% of my shopping done here and the other 10% at all the other grocery stores. Their customer service is the bomb and have been a member for many years.

You know how most Costco's parking lots are like jungles where everyone is bare knuckled and ready to fight for parking spaces? Well this one is no different. Its actually the worst Costco I've been to as far as parking and general parking lot/aisle decency. Get to a spot in the parking lot someone is pulling out of and put your blinker on all you want, but the person coming around the corner will take your spot. Let me give a shout out to the friendly customer in the parking lot who saw this happen to me while he was putting up his cart. He waved at me and said "were about to leave!" He stood in the middle of the parking lot while his partner backed out of the space, and sure enough nana was coming around the corner in one of those old Benz's that are built like a tank and was about to take my space. This was about to happen again! He kindly stood in the middle of the road and waited for his partner to clear the spot so I could pull in. This review is honestly a high five to the people who keep it friendly and decent in the parking lot at Costco. The worst in people legit comes out in Costco parking lots. The lay out of the store is similar to any you'll ever go to. Friendly folks at the self-checkout and at the door upon exit. Honestly, what will make or break your experience are the people who are pushing carts along side you while deciding between organic and non-organic strawberries. There is such minimal interaction with employees--Costco is one of the few places where the customers will more than likely make or break your experience more-so than the employees. Keep it friendly folks. Recommend.

I had a very poor experience with an employee at this Costco. When I went to self checkout the employee snatched my Costco card right out from my hand and began to rudely scan my items while glaring at me the entire time. I believe the point of self checkout is being able to check yourself out. I allowed my friend to check out using my card because it was his first time at Costco and I was unaware he was not allowed to pay for his one item using my membership. She was very rude and yelled at me to come back and pay for his item. I understand now the rules however the way she handled the situation was unfair and quite frankly not how you should treat a customer or anyone. You may think that is the end of this employee's rudeness but it is not. As I was walking away I turned around and saw her pointing at me and ranting to the following customers most likely about me.

Always find what I need at this Costco location. Came here because there are fans on sale for 15 dollars. Left with a few of those and of course tons of other items. Great place for liquor and wine as well!!

I find all Costco's are truly fantastic. The quality of product is very good. They don't put any product out that is not good. So that mAkes it hood. Always clean, food court is always a treat, the Tire shop is very good. The only thing I have noticed that all the prices have shot up. That's kinda a bummer because that is the main reason I shop there. If the prices are so expensive then I will shop around or Amazon. Com. The pandemic unfortunatly is going to change Costco...

I finally have a costco membership! Clubbin in my 30's. This is a very large warehouse. I only come here right when they open to beat the crowds. The whole store is organized and prices are good for what it is. I love doing the "self checkout" where they scan my own items for me. It's much faster. And don't forget the hotdog and drink for $1.50!
