Upon arrival I was greeted by my service advisor Austin. I have used Crown Nissan exclusively for the service of my Titan since buying it new here in 2018. As usual Austin delivered exemplary service, he is a big part of why I continue to have Crown handle all my auto needs. He's professional, friendly and well informed. He always leaves me with the impression that my business matters to Crown Nissan. Congrats to Crown Nissan and Austin for another 5 star experience. I'm a loyal customer spreading the word to family and colleagues. A job well done !

I went in to trade in my 2021 Rogue for a new one. Laura showed me your availability, which was great. I moved on with the trade. I didn’t get as much as I wanted on the trade but I was OK with the explanation. Everything went smoothly and quickly with the new sale and I am very happy with my new Rogue.

Doesn't even deserve the 1 star, I just wanted to check out the dealership to see what they had in the inventory maybe to trade in my current vehicle. Salesman "MATT" had the worst customer service I have seen in my life. No welcome, "just give me your keys" for an appraisal of my vehicle. As usual pushy salesman that doesn't care about anyone customer comes through that door except how much money do you have to put down. Worst Nissan I have ever been too.

I would like to thank Mike and Adrian at Crown Nissan in Greenville! I was experiencing something unusual about my Rogue. I went to have my Rogue checked out because I was afraid it had a problem. Mike was very polite and calming. Adrian, the technician, took the Rogue for a ride. They also went above and beyond and ran every necessary test to make sure there was no problem so that I would not break down. They were very professional . Fortunately, there was no reason to be alarmed. I was so very happy to be treated with kindness and respect. Thank you !!!

Matt was outstanding! I got there about 30 minutes before the sales department opened and he did not hesitate to help me. Got me approved and even helped with getting my car insurance set up. Had a great experience with Crown Nissan. Appreciate all of the help that I received. Thank you Matt!

Me and my wife purchased her first car from Nissan and Laura was absolutely awesome! She didn’t pressure us into doing anything we wasn’t comfortable doing! Got us exactly what we wanted and stayed super late with us to make sure the process went smoothly.

Miguel has been such a great help with the process of getting my car's oil changed and additional work that was needed! He provided thorough customer service throughout the entire visit & then some. I haven't had a concerning visit yet since I've started bringing my car to crown Nissan for maintenance. Thanks Miguel!

Buyer Beware!!! Do not do business with salesman Angel Reyes. 10/21/2023 I called to purchase a Fiat that I was prequalified for with Capital One. Since I am out of state I asked for a video of the car. The manager assigned Angel to me and he sent me the video at 10:26am. At 10:31am I texted him back and said I want to purchase the car if we can agree on price. Price agreed and at 10:49am Angel texted me the credit application to go forward with my purchase which I completed within 5 minutes. He then tells me I'm approved for a payment of $180 monthly. I then had to ask him what bank and it was a different one than Capital One. Still I was fine with that and asked him what was the APR. He stated he didn't know and someone from finance would call me to review details. Instead of a call from them he called me back asking for a $500 deposit without the APR info. There was no need to pay a deposit when I was instead ready to pay my $1,400 down payment to BUY the car instead of a deposit to just hold it. At 2:39pm he sent me an image of a loan payment calculator (from a random website) and then tells me that another customer walked in wanting to look at the car but the finance department would call me back to proceed. I never received the call. So first thing Monday I call to finish this process and he tells me he sold the car to someone else. I asked how could he sale a car that I was purchasing and that they already ran my credit for. He stated rudely "thats the way we do business." I stated that it was not professional or proper to sell a car to someone else while someone else was in the process of purchasing it. I asked for a manager and he refused stating that they will tell me the same thing. I then called the General Manager Mike O'Leary and he stated that this is not the way they conduct business and Angel was wrong for this. Agreed but now I have a unwanted ding on my credit report with no car. Also who ever purchased the car got scammed into paying a higher price and that greed was Angel's motivation for selling it from under me. This affected my credit and completely wasted my time. Because I don't think I'm the only one he did this too I am filing a report with the FTC and BBB. Again GM Mike O'Leary was great but having an a unethical employee like Angel Reyes is unacceptable. Picture attached is from Angel sending me the car video and most of our conversations were via text which I thankfully kept.

Huge shout out to Mike, Ryan and Jason! Mike is a rare asset that Nissan is blessed to have as well as Ryan and Jason. Mike always goes the extra mile and is above excellent at what he does, my car is now better than it was before I brought it in, team work is truly essential and the back bone of every good company all I can say is the muscle behind the scene at this place is solid gold.

Miguel was amazing! He answered every question I had, he made spending money on new tires, when you came in for an oil change (I knew it was coming up), not so daunting. He was so friendly and even though it was my first time there he greeted me by name when I would enter the bay. He recommended a good bagel spot for me to go to have some food while I waited, got me a ride there, and didn't rush me once the service was done and I was browsing in a bookshop. 10/10 would recommend.

They got me in and out. I was informed of what was taking place. I was given an estimate time of when it would be done. It was amazing. This is my second time buying a car from Nissan! Never thought I would leave Toyota. The customer service brought me back and will keep me there!

Markos, Nathan, and Danny were outstanding. Markos really listened to what I needed in a car. He informed me that there were other options and matched me with the perfect vehicle. Nathan answered all of my questions regarding my trade and a deposit to hold a vehicle for me until I could get up there to handle the transaction in person. Danny was extremely easy to work with, informative, thorough, and did not "push" me to purchase options that I didn't want. I would return here again and would definitely recommend the dealership, and especially these guys to anyone I know! Thank you all. I LOVE my new car.

Don and Geni were so helpful. We stopped by the lot on our way home from vacation knowing exactly what we wanted to purchase. They made the process quick and easy. We appreciated the customer service we received and their friendliness. We will definitely make the trip to purchase from this lot again in the future.

It was a positive experience. The dealership recently received some 4wd platinum pathfinders. 2 of them were a color scheme that I liked, so I actually had a choice to make. They were able to get me an acceptable price. Management, sales and financing staff that I dealt with were all friendly and helpful.

I have truly never had a car-buying experience like this after purchasing or being involved with purchasing roughly 17 cars over the span of about 50 years! It was easy, fast, no haggling and a totally customer-focused experience from start to finish. The first contact with Nathan was swift who then referred me to Matt DaBrescia. Contact by Matt was equally swift. No pressure. Extremely friendly. Once we made the deal, my experience with Robert Astin was equally great. He told me about all the warranty plans available in good detail and I didn’t feel the usual pressure to purchase it although he was thorough and made the case to purchase extremely well. When I declined it, I didn’t detect any negative feedback or feelings whatsoever. Delivery of the car was also amazingly efficient by Matt (arrived exactly when he said he would) and the ongoing communication with all parties at Crown continues to be exemplary. All-in-all, this was an amazing transaction from beginning until delivery and even with a few questions I have had since taking delivery of the car. Kudos to all!!!
