The pharmacy staff is unhelpful, rude and either completely incompetent or completely uncaring. If you submit a refill request through the CVS app and are given a day when it'll be ready...at this location it won't be. If you then call this pharmacy and are specifically given a day and time when it'll be ready...at this location it won't be, and the pharmacy employee who told you when it would be ready will deny everything when you show up even a few hours after the deadline to pick it up (since it still won't be ready).Avoid unnecessary frustration and go to another pharmacy. Other CVS locations are much easier to deal with.

It's CVS. What can I say that others already haven't? The stores are always nice to shop at except the pharmacy. At EVERY location in EVERY state, they are all so rude and cold. I don't care if you're "overworked" or "tired." This is the medical industry. If you dumb techs thought it was going to be an easy job, just quit and let someone better take your spot. Your sour attitudes shouldn't be able to be smelled by all the customers. I work 50 hours a week, and I'm still nice as pie because it's not their fault. I signed up for it and knew what came with the job. You're being straight up evil. There's people picking up their cancer medications, pain medications, heart medications, blood clot prevention medications, etc. You see the scripts, you're writing them up and filling the pills, and you all still have the audacity to act like that to innocent people? You're making money off of people being sick and dying. The least, the LEAST you can do is be a nice person for five seconds. Be heartless off the clock.

Been trying to have my meds transferred cause insurance no longer a provider for cvs. Pharm tech continues to say they're busy been there several times in person with only one or no customers. Yet i have been out of my medication since then. Yet they don't care that they keep me alive. If I end up in hospital or die I will have my family take action. They have no consideration for those who actual have an illness \\u0026 there meds keep them from dying. I will Never go back to this cvs ever . I will be contacting the General manager of this cvs.

The CVS on Augusta St was unable to provide scheduled PCR tests but did not notify the individuals scheduled that the test was not available. Terrible.

I had the best help from the pharmacy staff at this location. They went out of their way to help me get my son's medication more affordable, just out of the kindness of their hearts. That saved me 50$ and also spoke to me with my questions about what can or cannot be taken with Captain's new medication. I couldn't be more grateful that I went to that location. It was a little bit further from my house but they were the only pharmacy who had Captains medicine, in stock.

They were very helpful. Although I would have liked face to face. Instead of talking between coworkers and from a distance.

Terrible wait times at all hours, every day and horrible customer service, regardless of whether you call or wait in line.Today was the last straw, I patiently waited in line for 40 minutes. Got to the window to be treated like dirt by the check out pharmacy assistant. I remained calm and kind while she talked to me like a child and told me my prescription would take another hour (mind you it has been 5 days) because the pharmacist has other responsibilities. If you've ever been there this girl has curly blondish brown hair with dark glasses and is always in a bad mood. There's just no reason to be rude and condescending. I understand some customers can be rude but still after waiting so long I was nice and understanding. There was no reason to talk over me and treat me as if I was being hostile, I just wanted to know when I should come back...to probably wait another 40 minutes and hopefully actually get my prescription this time.I've given them chance after chance and am now moving all of my prescriptions and no longer supporting any CVS. I don't suggest this location at all!

I just walked up to the counter at 8:01 to buy some allergy medicine that they keep behind the counter, not a prescription, and I was refused a sale. Woman rudely said, "We closed at 8" and I showed her the little card that you take from the aisle and she rudely said "We closed at 8". Wow. Such wonderful customer service.

They are very rude. They take forever FOREVER to fill a prescription. They also take FOREVER to answer the phone or help you. I have only seen one person who works there that is so nice and he doesn't even work in the pharmacy. Literally if feels like everyone there hates life. I also had to get diabetic stuff and they gave me the wrong needles for my machine THAT THEY GAVE ME.

Pharmacy customer service borders on confrontational. Staff is clearly very busy and pissed off about it. Each trip is a new adventure in them screwing up my insurance and having trouble with the billing...they could care less. Store is dirty too (as most CVS's are). Moved everything to Publix.
