The staff are friendly, efficient, and helpful. The store is clean and tidy. I usually do not have to wait in line here.

The pharmacy staff at this location is beyond garbage. The women are straight b**ches. They give you dirty looks for 15 minutes, hoping you'll leave before helping you, if you even call it help. One of them will slowly drag her feet, walking up to the register. No rush, there's only 12 more people behind me, but by all means, take your sweet, sweet time. After forcing herself to ask you 2 questions, she'll slowly turn around and casually walk where the bag of pills are and slowly walk back. I used to be a tech. You all are LAUGHABLE. I could run laps around these zombies all day. The store is dead. What's the wait about? You're just making it worse for you because the line adds up more, and now you're stuck at the register for longer because you let it all build up. Bunch of brain dead morons. And tell the loser with the face mask to drop it. They never worked and never will, and you look like a complete idiot sweating all over your stained mask, breathing in old and dirty oxygen. It's time to stop being brainwashed and brain-dead.

The app never showed my prescription \\u0026 I was never notified when it was ready. It was filled incorrectly originally \\u0026 I had to advocate to get it filled appropriately as my dr prescribed. Plus, even though I set up my insurance coverage prior to picking up my medication, they made me provide the information all over again when I picked up the medication.

I made a quick stop here to pick up a few items. The store was very clean, the pharmacy folks were nice and checkout was a breeze. I usually prefer Walgreens but decided to stop in here since the cross street was so busy. I'm very impressed with the cleanliness of the store and kindness of the staff.

Worst pharmacy in the upstate. While I've never had a good experience, at least they weren't bad. That all changed tonight when my significant other attempted to refill her prescription. The horrible person on the other line started off by blatantly lying about the prescription refill protocol saying that they couldn't refill it until after one calendar month and one day from the last time she picked up. So let's use their logic, you pick something up on August 1st with a 30 day supply, so you're not able to pick up your daily medication until September 2nd, or 32 days later? Forgetting their lack of math skills, their lack of human decency took the cake. The male employee did his best to condescend to a female and hang up not once, not twice, but three times. I'm not trying to pitch some woke BS, but his arrogance and tone have no place in customer service.TLDR: go next door to the Walgreens, at least they don't treat you like crap and lie to you.

Terrible and rude people. If you can, avoid this pharmacy at all cost! Some of the worst people working behind the counter.

This is literally the least attentive CVS drive thru. They may as well not offer 24 hour service because if you go after “normal†business hours they don't even acknowledge you. I always end up being the second car in line and waiting for at least 20 minutes. Then when I see the window finally open, I can hear the person asking “are you here to drop off or pick up?†because they ignored the call button and haven't even talked to this other customer yet. I guess they don't realize that they're a pharmacy and that sick people don't want to wait in a line for 15-30+ minutes just to DROP OFF a prescription.

The wait times here are ridiculous the pharmacy employees are the worst imaginable. They enter information wrong look unhappy to be working. Average drive thru time for the pharmacy is around 15 minutes anytime of day. The people who work here are some of the worst I have ever seen.
