If you're a veteran and your doctors office or the emergency room says they're going to send your prescriptions there, say no. Apparently, they don't handle anything veteran related. Any prescription you have, you'll have to pay for, because they don't do anything veteran related there, even though we were told they do. They also love talking over people instead of hearing people out and actively listening. We were given a phone number to give to the pharmacist to call about our prescription, and they kept telling us they were not going to call and that *we* had to call, even though we said it was a pharmacists only line.It took several minutes of arguing to finally convince the very rude woman on the phone to do her job and call the number meant for her to call.

I have had repeated excellent experiences at this CVS, but the one that led me to write this review was with Kay and Lane. They went above and beyond to identify and fix a technical error that the insurance company made that was preventing me from getting my medications. They took great care of me and took so much extra time to do so, never once making me feel like I was a burden or time sink. I am SO grateful for them. They had me leaving in a great mood on one of my worst feeling days.

I had 2 prescriptions that was sent in around 10pm from Pelham Urgent Care on 1/6/21. So I’m thinking I was going to get my medications that night, being that this location closed at midnight. Boy was I sadly mistaken. I pulled up to the drive thru about 25 minutes later, and waited for about 30 minutes just so the guy could tell me that the prescriptions would be ready the next day. So I called ahead of time before leaving my house just to make sure the prescriptions was filled, which I was told they were. So I arrived at the drive thru, and the young lady that assisted me was rude, and acting in a bit of a rush. I still had to wait a few minutes before I was given my prescriptions. So I finally got my prescriptions, and headed home, and noticed when I got home, that some of the liquid medicine had spilled, and the top was loose. I was in so much pain, and could barely talk, that I didn’t even bother to call, but I probably should have called anyway. That particular medication was schedule for 10 days to complete, but I’m on the 8th day, and will run out today. So I called the pharmacy and explained to the lady what happened, and all she could say is that I would need to call my doctor, being that he only prescribed two bottles, which I told her that should have equated to 10 days, but obviously was not. So now you expect for me to pay for the other 2 days I need to complete the 10 days?!! All I know is I better not get reinfected due to negligence with this pharmacy. I will be calling DHEC today to express my concerns, and will NEVER do business with this CVS again! Very rude, and incompetent staff.

Drove up to the pharmacy and told the girl repeatedly my name and date of birth and she said the doctors did not send anything so I pulled in parked and went inside called the doctor and they have a confirmation Electronically when I approached the pharmacy inside they are all on their phones talking about the stimulus check and making jokes not even acknowledging my existence she then proceeded to say she took down my name wrong and date of birth. I would not recommend this location who knows if they can even get the pills correct since they’re all distracted and not paying attention to what’s your hand.Corporate needs to get involved and hire a new pharmacistAnd hire a new pharmacy tech multiple at this point. Avoid this location

Oh My Goodness! Sadly elder parents need lactose free milk. Walmart is out of stock. CVS was last resort. The cooler has someone's personal lunch bag in it, black with sunflowers...doesn't belong there in a nearly empty dairy cooler. No prices no where. The only thing purchased was 64oz.Almond Milk bc its the only thing they have lactose free. $4.99 It Highway Robery at its best bc they need their milk for cereal, lol. Expecting ice in the morning ya know. This isn't the community to be over pricing and charging. This is a last resort location

City ordinance demands masks to be worn in city limits. Not only do they not enforce it with more than half the people in the store with no mask, the staff just shrugs their shoulder if brought to their attention. Has been that way last few times I was in. My last visit there was MY LAST visit there. Greenville having severe pandemic and places like this only contribute to the problem. That's how much they care about your health. None.

I have dealt with the staff at this location monthly for the past eight years. They always welcomed me at the door and offer to assist. The pharmacy is incredibly busy day and night. I have never seen so many staff behind a pharmacy counter, but all of them are still kind and helpful if ever there is a question.

Horrible customer service, I was told my daughter’s prescription would be ready in 1 hour . I I went to pick it up 2 hours later on my lunch break and it still wasn’t ready. The girl said she was sorry but it wasn’t ready and she just got there so there’s nothing she could do. This is a very busy pharmacy so I understand there can be some delay, however maybe they should hire more staff to deal with the volume especially during flu and cold season!

Great service; friendly employees

I'm here at least twice a month. The employees are friendly and there are usually plenty of coupons. Pharmacy gets a little backed up but I find that's the case with most pharmacies in the area. The only reason I won't give a 4 is because their prices are usually higher than competitors, so I end up spending more when I don't have an available coupon.

This is where they sell Nature's made vitamins for the best price. And often they have good sales on them.
