Every CVS is terrible. Every single one. Everyone is in a bad mood and if you don't understand something the pharmacist talks to you like you're an idiot. The wait times for everything is bad. You're waiting on the phone for a half hour, in line for 45 minutes, in the drive thru for an hour. Cvs is always a headache. They don't tell you anything. If they're out of your medication, you have to call and ask yourself they don't tell you. Their text messages always give you the wrong info, they can't do basic math, they won't properly order your medication in on time so you have it on time, they say 2 words to you and hang up. I don't understand why every person that works here is a nasty person. Is that part of the job requirement? Be a terrible person and you get hired here? Unfortunately my insurance forces me to use CVS and if it wasnt for insurance, they would be losing all their customers. No one at CVS is a nice person. You're dirt to them. It's just a job and just a paycheck and by everyone's poor attitude it's clear. Very sad how such horrible people are in health care. Every CVS has 1 to 2 star reviews. All the reviews say the same thing, "staff are rude" but CVS keeps going with no improvement. We're dying from cancer, heart disease, diabetes and the easiest thing the staff can do is be nice. You can see the medication we are on and we're still treated like this? It shouldn't be hard to be nice to the customers especially when the customers are nice to you. We understand your job is demanding and challenging and we show you kindness. I shouldn't have a rude lady speak down to me just because she can with no consequence. I'm very very nice on the phone. I say please and thank you and I don't ever get mad. I'm very understanding and respectful. Do the same back. It's not hard.

Not very convenient... The staff is rude and personally I have a problem with a place that NEVER has a working restroom. I work in a service industry type job where the closest bathroom was usually this CVS and it normally had clean restrooms. Then I noticed some construction going on out front by the road and their plumbing was out for a long time(understandably). But I recently tried going back after noticing no more construction and I was able to go a couple times before going today just to find out that there's a sign on the front door I missed on the way in, that they are supposedly having plumbing issues again and that they have no public restrooms. I hate even having to mention this kind of thing because a restroom is a simple CONVENIENCE that customers like to have. This problem has been going on for months and it's just ridiculous, plus the employee who noticed me waiting for the restroom I thought someone was waiting in because there was no sign on the bathroom door, was very rude in explaining they're not allowing the public to use their restrooms. Not a very convenient place and not very good service either.

I've been a pharmacy customer @ this location for quite some time. I haven't had much issue over the years UNTIL about 1.5 years ago when I was prescribed an ongoing monthly medication. I have had so many issues with getting it filled most every time I visit this pharmacy. To begin with, 95% of the staff is extremely rude, which doesn't help matters. (I'm so grateful the lady who went out on maternity leave is back because she is seriously a ray of sun in that dark place. She is the only reason I didn't give the store one star.) I see a well qualified physician every month to get my prescription. There have been numerous times my physician has cited the law and told me the pharmacist does not have the LEGAL right to decline to fill my prescription on the day it is prescribed BUT in the same breath my doctor told me many (especially @ chain pharmacies) like to play "god" and force holds simply because they can. And clearly a patient has no control over this and cannot force the pharmacist to fill the script before they choose to do so. At any rate, Nate, the pharmacy manager, is such a cold, callous, RUDE person. Not only have I had multiple issues with him, I've seen him belittle MANY customers who chose this pharmacy to fill their medications. He is arrogant and 100% uncaring. He has zero concern for issues, such as travel, holidays, even natural disasters and weather related issues, and this ongoing pandemic that cause patients to possibly need their meds a day or two early. Complaining to CVS Corporate does no good; they always back their rude employees, failing to comprehend that without the customers that are being treated so poorly, they would cease to exist! Compassion goes a LONG way, and Nate and his pharmacy staff need some serious lessons in customer service.

It's a great little CVS. The store is clean and the employees are always friendly and personable. Their selection is smaller but in a pinch, they'll have what you need. The only negative feedback is that on Sundays, you can't trust the sale prices you see because often they are behind on switching all the tags. I had that happen recently where i saw a summer item at 75% off according to the banners but then when ringing it up, it came up full price and the cashier said the sale ended Saturday, they just haven't changed the signs. Kind of disappointing in that aspect.
