Had the worst experience just trying to get medication my doctor prescribed. The pharmacy tech did not seem to know what she was doing and was extremely rude each time I spoke with her.
Do you realize that people are going through extremely hard times and do not need your nasty attitude on top of it?
Fix your attitude or find another line of work, please. Thank you!

My interactions with most of the staff have always been excellent, especially with the pharmacists. Some of the clerks have been extremely helpful to me in the past, especially with navigating coupons. Normally I would give this store a five star rating, but this morning one of the clerks at the front was incredibly rude to me for no apparent reason. She has been nasty to me once before. I thought it was a fluke. I hate for an otherwise great pharmacy to have one employee that makes you want to switch to another location.

Great CVS Pharmacy Staff, as are the store staff. All are very helpful when in need of help in the store.

An extremely disappointing customer service experience. Waited for 4 minutes until I finally tracked a cashier down so that they could execute my transaction. When I mentioned that the service was disappointing, the cashier then told me that they have other things to do then help the customers.
I then asked for the manager, and she told me the same thing. Managers name was Cheryl. She was not quite sure, but thought her district manager was named Tiffany.
Not the CVS that has earned my buisness for so many years.

On a really rough day, Trevis in the pharmacy was tremendous. He was so kind and helpful. Very grateful.

Quite possibly the slowest drive thru window on the planet. Every time. Plan on a minimum of 10 minutes PER CAR. Or 15-20 minutes if there’s only one car. Seriously, how can it take so long to hand someone a few bags same run their card?
I could understand it on occasion, but this is every single time. In fact, I’m writing this at the 14 minute mark BEHIND ONE CAR.
Or you can walk in…but that takes just as long. Bring a book. I suggest War And Peace.

I would like to say I’m a resilient person who has done a handful of hard things in my life. But there is nothing I have ever done that even comes close to attempting to reach an actual live pharmacy member at the Augusta Rd. CVS.

The pharmacy is so slow. Even when there is only one car in front of me, I still consistently have to sit there for 15+ mins waiting. If a prescription is not ready they need to tell the cars they will have to pull back around or come back later, not have a line wrapped around waiting.

If you’re looking for a pharmacy in the Greenville SC area you need to try the CVS on Augusta Street. Everyone from the people in the pharmacy to the out front personnel are friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and go out of their way to provide excellent service. The store is clean, and always well stocked. Can’t say enough good things about this store!

I have never had such a rude encounter with a staff member. My group and I were simply looking for a specific item not wanting assistance at the moment however a red haired clerk did not seem to understand that we simply just wanted to look around for ourselves… The lady then continues to tell us that if we don’t plan on buy anything we can “leave the store” . The lady continues to follow us out the store, and angrily yell at my group and I as we enter my car. I hope CVS realizes that implied accusations have lost my business.

A red headed woman had harassed me and my associates as we were searching for products. She yelled at us to leave the store because we were “Just looking”, after we had simply just been looking to buy something. As we were entering the car to leave, the lady exited the establishment and yelled at us. She continued to stare at us as we left to take our business to Walgreens. I am disgusted at how this staff member treated me, as a young person. Clearly, CVS has lost multiple valuable customers, as me and my acquaintances have told every person we know about this horrific encounter. In the photo is the woman staring as us as we left the establishment. If i could rate this store 0 stars, I would.

I am absolutely appalled by the service I was given at CVS. We were, one harassed by female, red headed, worker inside the store then asked to leave. In which she didn’t even give us a reason. After we left the store, as instructed, she followed us out of the store and started screaming at us from our car. Even as we drove off she continued to STARE at us through the store window. Needless to say, we will not be returning to CVS and me and all of my acquaintances will be removing our CVS memberships.

Getting prescriptions at the 2100 Augusta Street CVS is always a hassle. Today, they said my prescription would take an hour, but after waiting 1.5 hours in the parking lot, I hadn't received a confirmation text. Upon asking inside, the website or notifications weren't working. The pharmacist said it would be 20 more minutes, so I left, planning to return tomorrow. Strangely, I got a text 10 minutes later about my prescription being ready.Another person had a tough time too. She placed a refill order for her prescriptions this morning and at 3:40 pm, none were ready. The tech said they were swamped.I get that pharmacies are busy, but timely medication is vital. This CVS at 2100 Augusta Street, falls short of that standard, affecting our community's well-being.
