Very disappointed with the pharmacy, I’ve been calling and speaking with them for 2 days now (I was told to call Friday and refresh my script to be filled, which I did) and today was told I can no longer get my script filled, on a Sat none the less and I can’t get it filled now until Monday because I have to switch to another pharmacy. My Dr isn’t available on the weekend but I could’ve resolved this yesterday had I known. Now I have to go 3 days without my meds because of their “new policy” thanks a lot for that! I was also told the pharmacist called me days ago to give me a heads up, NO CALL! This is bullshit and I am LIVID!!! And even worse, I’ve been speaking with Techs and not one mention of this new change.

It’s time for me to switch my Pharmacy, they act like I don’t know that I can receive my prescription a day before the actual date. Instead they are making me wait. I like the Pharmacy doctor Patricia she is the sweetest person I ever met. I wish her the best! It’s time for all my meds to switch over.

2/12/2025 Between 5-5:45 pm
I came in at 5 pm tonight to get medication. They said it was not ready and that I needed to wait. Waited awhile and the cashier said it was ready and that I needed to get in line. It was a long line. When I made it to the cash register she said stop and let a woman that was not in line to go first. When it was my turn I asked why did that woman go in front of me. She said because her order was ready, so was mine and they made me stand in a long line again. THAN! a heavy set brown hair woman in the back tells me to SHUT my mouth that everyone is doing the best they can. I never raised my voice but asked a question. I spoke to the manager Sam and will be speaking to Patricia the manager of the pharmacy. I have also called corporate and have an incident number. I have never been treated so bad. They better watch the video! Ugh!

Do not try to print photos here. Their photo printing hasn’t been updated for years. I spend 15-20 min or more the last 2 times I’ve tried. I went to a different CVS location and was in and out in 5 minutes.

I had an emergency around 7:30 pm, so by the time my doctor could call in a prescription most everything was closed! I started to panic and google pharmacies that stay open late and found this CVS. My husband went to get the antibiotic and they were so nice and so helpful! I’m so thankful for them being so pleasant and open after 8pm!

This CVS has the slowest pharmacy service. I have waited over an hour in line on several occasions, just to get up to the pharmacy window for them to state that my medicine is not ready for pick up because the trucks have not delivered their stock of medication. This occurred a few hours after I received a message from CVS stating my medication was ready for pick up. I do NOT recommend sending your prescriptions to this pharmacy to be filled. Highly disappointed.
