We were visiting from California and ran out of medications. This CVS was able to take care of us after receiving a prescription from our doctor. Rachel did a fantastic job taking care of us!! Thank you!!

13 minute phone call to pharmacy went unanswered. 7 cars in line outside and 6 people in line inside. Sadly understaffed, using Walgreens

If you're a veteran and your doctors office or the emergency room says they're going to send your prescriptions there, say no. Apparently, they don't handle anything veteran related. Any prescription you have, you'll have to pay for, because they don't do anything veteran related there, even though we were told they do. They also love talking over people instead of hearing people out and actively listening. We were given a phone number to give to the pharmacist to call about our prescription, and they kept telling us they were not going to call and that *we* had to call, even though we said it was a pharmacists only line. It took several minutes of arguing to finally convince the very rude woman on the phone to do her job and call the number meant for her to call.

When your doctor send in a prescription and they don't have it they need to let the doctor know instead of letting the person come all the way to them and they say they don't have it or better yet let someone know what yall do have and substitute come on cvs

This review is to pharmacist Chelsey Allen. I came to drop the prescription with my husband and 6 months old daughter at drive thru for the medication Butalb. We requested her can we wait for sometime to pickup the medication. She straight up said you can go to other pharmacy. Without apologizing or giving us explanations saying pharmacy is busy. I had a miscarriage and I was in pain. I was a past CVS employee I exactly know how the policies of CVS work. When someone say they are in pain you make them as priority and ask them to wait in the lobby area for 30 mins. Miss Chelsey mentioned me she needs atleast 1.5 hours to fill 8 tablets of butalb Acetaminophen caffeine . She is lacking Empathy. I understand pharmacies do get busy. But atleast you dont say someone take the prescription to other pharmacy when i said I was in pain in order to get it filled. She didnt even apologize. Horrible staff. I hope the district leader and manager will take a look into this and make sure other customers wont face the same issue.Incident date : Friday December 30th 2022 in the evening around 4:30 pm

Excellent customer service! Ladies asked it they could order the item I buy frequently so they would have it on hand!Clean, inviting store. Not cluttered or junky.
