The pharmacy closes right at 6 in Saturdays and I was there at 5:54 but behind a very slow lady (selfish and rude to go so low). The pharmacy people should have taken care of me. I need my medication. They should have told me that the their system shuts off at 6 so to come inside before then instead of having me literally sit in my car for 6 min (when they could clearly see that I was waiting patiently). Instead they just said they couldn’t do anything. Very upsetting and disappointing service! No wonder they have such a low rating. If you see someone in line waiting do not ignore them! It’s horrible customer service! I highly recommend never using the CVS pharmacy on Pelham rd. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

This CVS is close to my home, and it's always a pleasant experience going there. The employee Chanmattie makes it especially nice. She's always cheerful and kind.

DENIED SERVICES, DO NOT USE THIS CVS. The NP on site her with braids is very rude! I checked in and was a few minutes late. But the nurse practitioner was in with a patient. So I went to the Bathroom. When I came out. I sat down the nurse practitioner came out asked my name and then said because I went to the Bathroom I could not be seen. This the worst experience, called support and was told at first I could not log a formal complaint. Another patient showed up while I was waiting on customer support. Finally
after 30 minutes, Amy with customer support got approval to file a formal complaint against the Nurse practitioner. I wrote this review while I was at the CVS. During the writing of this review there were no other patients checked in or being seen. Amy stated that they took walk-ins. I still was not seen. The nurse practitioner is rude and ill mannered. CVS is not the pharmacy that cares!

The manager Angel is amazing for his compassion and his professionalism for his staffing and respect for his customers! I will always shop at my CVS, too! The pharmacy team and pharmacists are also phenomenal and will go above and beyond to help their customers, too. I give this CVS a 10 star review if I could! Angel, the manager, is always on the floor helping his team and also helping his customers one on one. We even were able to share our baseball rivalry and hot dog preferences when he was able to help me on the floor with the coupons and discounts questions I had! (Cubs and Chicago hot dogs still are the best!) But I digress, the point is this CVS team from the cashier to the pharmacy technicians to upper management is phenomenal and they will make any customer feel like family!

Pharmacy experiences can be challenging, and I've noticed a stark difference since switching from Walgreens to CVS after moving. The CVS app often provides information that conflicts with what the employees say. They are always busy, but they make numerous mistakes. We have two insurance plans, and dealing with billing is a constant nightmare. My daughter also has two insurances, but they never bill the secondary one, even when the primary insurance doesn't cover a medication. These issues occur every month, and I've had enough. I'm willing to drive the extra distance to avoid CVS altogether.
Staff is not friendly and short with their assistance.

Always greeted politely and with a smile. All employees are friendly and eager to help.
Picking up prescription, pharmacist made sure she talked to me about complications that could result if taken with certain other medications.
Appreciated her taking the time to inform me b/c I was not aware how serious could have been!

Everyone that works in this pharmacy is SO rude, Everytime. So it's not like it's "they're having a bad day" but it's like they're mad at you for just BEING there. They were out of power and I asked if I could transfer it (through my doctor, not them send it) & She said "IDK" and shut the door. The power came on like 30 seconds later so I waited 10mins and drove back around (they got the script the night before, so I knew it was filled) & the girl rolled her eyes before she came over & opened the door and said "It JUST came back on, it's going to be at least 30 minutes." I just felt awkward because she made me feel like I was dumb for being back & so I felt the need to explain myself "Okay, it's an antibiotic and I really need it" she goes "Ok?!"... The Pharmacist heard it and came over, & he just blew me off too. It was just all really argumentative for no reason. If this was the one example I would understand because I know the whole day may have been frustrating for them, but then about an hour later when I came back they immediately seemed irritated with me just being there. Every single time I've been here they open the door or come to the register & don't even say Hi or talk to you it's just "Yes?!". Today I didn't hear her because she said whatever she said while the door was opening and I just said "I'm sorry?" And she seemed mad that I said this and was like "How can I help you?!" God forbid there's an issue with something or you have a question about a product - they do not hide the fact that you're annoying them, even if it's a necessary question. If you ask about a coupon or why something isn't covered they look at you like you're poor & to stop making it their problem. No matter how much I try to be overly kind like "Hello, how are you?" "Thank you so much" "Have a great day" it's just a very short "Mhm." I literally walk on eggshells anytime I have to come to them and pull up with so much anxiety, scared I might have to ask a question or ask her to repeat something. I only come here because it's right by my house, but today was the last time. I'll drive out of my way to not be treated this way anymore. I cannot stress enough that this is not an isolated incident or just one worker. I've been here at least 5x, no more than 10, and its Every single time. But when they're talking to each other they're whole demeanor changes, like they're above us or something. I can't imagine picking up a controlled substance from this place, I feel bad for anyone that does even thinking about it - they would definitely judge you. Horrible people! Definitely in the wrong field. ?♀️ Just save yourself the anxiety of being judged & walking on eggshells for just existing and go to Walgreens or wherever else - it's truly not worth it.
ETA: The one that is usually helping me and the WORST of all is named "Amy" and I can see she has been named in other reviews for the same problems over YEARS... HOW in tf is she still allowed to be doing this? After this long and this many issues she should at the very least have been counseled on her behavior & no longer repeating these actions - but I guess not she, nor CVS, cares about how their techs treat people - especially when it comes to something as serious as medication... What the heck, y'all? Seriously, get it under control!

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs unless you have incredible insurance. They won’t accept any medication discount cards or coupons claiming “It’S aGaiNSt cOMpaNy PoLiCy.”They don’t care about you as a person, they just want your money. They don’t even act slightly apologetic about it either, it’s disgusting how they operate.I’d be ashamed to work there, 1 star is too high of a rating.

Terrible pharmacy staff. I really don’t know how any of you got jobs in the first place. Completely rude and heartless.

Worst pharmacy in Greenville. The pharmacist was a total POS. Refused to fill my prescription, made the comment she's not filling my script at her pharmacy that the 90 pill quantity and medication is not being filled by her. First off fatso it was written by my doctor and who are you ??? You're the pill pusher not the DOCTOR. She doesn't know my issues or medical history. I will never go to this place again. It took everything I had I mean everything.........

Always a long line. Sometimes they don’t have my medication available for my refill. I always have to check. The pharmacy staff are fantastic - helpful, responsive, respectful and while always being very busy.
