As a new client I must say the service has been great. Always polite, great rates and prompt service. The power went out in our recent storms and owner was out very quickly to manually open the gate ..great responsiveness

I have been renting here for close to 9 years, maybe longer. I decided on Discount Self Storage because the location is perfect. Traffic does not interfere with getting there and I can get in and out without a problem Leah is such a pleasure to speak to.

Always willing to accommodate you when necessary. Very understanding and available. Quick to respond and will work with you if you need something during off hours. Very nice and understanding people. I read some of the other reviews, one about being open on saturdays. I saw the sign on their door, they aren’t open on saturdays, I don’t think they have been for the four years I’ve been a customer. Not sure where that particular customer received that information from.

Everyone I have talked to at Discount Self Storage have been so respectful and a joy to speak with. They always go over and beyond to make sure you are happy. I will recommend them to all my friends and family!

they claim to be open 9-12 on Saturday, but at least twice they haven't been, don't answer the phones or return calls. Very annoying if you need to get in.

Horrible customer service, failure to provide paper invoices when requested, rude on the phone, hanging up on the customer, phone calls go to voicemail without return calls, and the email provided for reply fails to accept incoming messages. And then I am informed I have to reimburse them for an auction ad and certified mail charges because they attempted to reach me via phone and left message when In fact no such attempt was made nor messages left. Find another place to store you goods. They will make up the DISCOUNT by charging you for their own failings.
