Absolutely the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had. Our bed was HORRIBLE, the room wasn’t cleaned well, the showers water pressure was trash. Don’t bother with the pool because it’s NASTY.

Place is great. Pet friendly and indoor pool and jacuzzi and a decent weight room.Food here is better than most chain restaurants in the area. Use the app and get rewards too.

Food & drinks: Included breakfast had a lot of good options. Very clean, and staff was always on point with keeping things straight and full.Noteworthy details: Indoor/outdoor pool was nice, but expect ALOT of kids when you go!

This is our third experience with a Drury Inn and each time it seems to get even better. The Greenville location was terrific and everything you want in a hotel. Staff were welcoming, beds were comfortable, the noise from other travelers was almost unheard. The facilities were all clean and room was immaculate. The only downside was that our trip ended and we had to leave. I hope the Drury brand continues to expand. They get it!

Stayed the week here and I would stay again. It was very quiet all week until families with kids arrived Friday.Roses...Steph and Daphne were standouts for their cheery demeanor and helpfulness at the front desk. The taller African American housekeeper, with short, blonded hair (whose longer name I am blanking), had an exceptional, can-do attitude and picked up cleaning our room even though we weren't on her assignment sheet. (We were late leaving for lunch and missed rounds of the assigned housekeeper that day.)The room was clean and the housekeeping staff did a good job.Breakfast was acceptable, though I would have liked to have seen bacon instead of sausage some days. I would have liked to see grits and oatmeal rotate.Afternoon popcorn and soda was a nice perk. The evening Kickback was popular and appreciated - though it could use a little more variety in the rotation. The beef and bean chili was my favorite item during our all-week-rainy stay. The pool and hot tub water seemed well maintained. The pool was heated but not warm. The hot tub info said it was 104F but felt more like 108-109F the times we used it.Wifi speed test was about 200x200Mbps in the room - there was an access point in the bedroom on the wall behind the bed. Wifi is open, unsecured, no password or interstitial click. Pros and cons to this - use a VPN if you care at all about your information security. We were able to plug a streaming stick into the TV, connect it to the wifi, and use it without problems or stuttering/buffering.Neither of us drank but we appreciated them having the soda fountain available much of the afternoon and evening each day. (Coke, Diet Coke, Water, Mellow Yellow, Sprite, and Pibb Xtra.) Many of the guests took advantage of the 3 free drinks per day during Kickback and seemed pleased with what they received.Thorns...Ice machine on the 5th floor needs a maintenance cycle as it was randomly dispensing algae inside ice.All the pillows were worn and instantly flat - if you need a side sleeper pillow, bring your own. I went to Walmart and bought 2 pillows. Asked for firmer ones at the front desk and they didn't have any.The king suite rooms need coat pegs or something similar on the wall as you come into the living area as there is no closet without going into the bedroom.Mini fridge in our room, 525, didn't get very cold and there was no temperature adjustment I could find.Battery in the cordless handset of the room phone was dead and not charging. There is no separate heat/ac in the living area and the fan/duct between the bedroom and living area didn't seem to move much air between them - suspect it needed cleaning. The bed was fine but could have been more plush - comfort falls behind peer brands from Hilton. The elevators are slow and the need more of them. Whomever specified 2 slow elevators for a property of this size and height should be forced to use them. Stairs are not in convenient locations to use them instead.Pool had towels the first day we were there - we heard the regional leadership was there that day - but never saw any in stock the following days. Had to bring room towels with us.My expectations were fairly low for the Kickback buffet. Definitely high spots and low spots. The white cheddar Mac and cheese was very salty but creamy and not overcooked. Chicken slices had some that were hard as rocks, others were perfect. I assume they were microwaved and got overcooked. Salad mix was all arugula for 3 of the nights and had seen better days.Breakfast... Never saw a ripe banana. I can't eat eggs, so that limited my choices. Not holding it against them.Housekeeping their left used nitrile gloves on the nightstand on Friday 1/26.Multiple times housekeeping emptied the trash cans and left them out.Spectrum TV has limited choices and signal issues on many channels. Spectrum is what Spectrum is, so I'm not dinging the hotel. They might need to check the TV signal levels in the rooms as 7-8 of the channels refused to tune in most of the time due to signal issues.

Good location. We always stay at a Drury if available. We have always gotten great service, and people are always super friendly! This visit was the same. The only complaint is that the breakfast was not good this time. The biscuits were hard and sausage was over cooked.

The location was great! It's near so many shops and restaurants and close to downtown Greenville. The rooms could use a little maintenance but still clean and well kept. They have a decent gym with weights, which is a big plus for me. The indoor pool and hot tub were a nice addition. The outdoor pool was heated also. I didn't try the breakfast or evening food options, but my daughter did and enjoyed them. I would stay again.
