“Had appt for 11, was not able to be waited on till 11:20.. left iPhone for screen replacement and the provided an estimated p/u time of 3:08, and the said the would call or txt when ready.. as I was unable to accept a call, asked for assurance for txt. Went to p/u at 3:40, only to discover they called @12:22 to indicate device was ready for p/u…. Never rec’d txt (which I could access via iPad).. disappointed to learn I could have picked up device 3 hours earlier ! Also color tone seems to be a bit off ?”
“First time visit, I went in a panic; my MacBook Pro had a failing key on the keyboard and it was driving me crazy. They were very quick, and nice, and said they'd take a look at it. Sure enough, the "C" key was not functioning correctly - the person I was speaking with said he'd get a quick opinion from a colleague, who I could see working in the back - he stopped what he was doing, used a tool to take the key off, then a vacuum to clean, then popped the key back on and handed the computer back to me. It was PERFECT!! I asked how much, I'd gladly pay for having my daily computer working smoothly, and they said: "no charge, it was just something stuck under the key." In 2024, it is SO NICE to see this type of service!! THANK YOU!!”
“I highly recommend this business! My experience was with the mobile truck key service. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He had to return several times due to the wrong key fob being sent out by the manufacturer ( not his fault). He kept me informed about the problem and assured me that he would get it resolved. And he did what he said. He also informed me that there were multiple keys programmed for my car and he deleted all of them so no one could access my car except me. Jeff is a wonderful guy to work with!”

“Did a great job on the screen repair. Had some trouble getting in contact with them via phone and scheduling a time to get the phone fixed. They tested the screen for me before they gave it to me and the first on had problems (manufacturing issue, not their fault) and they got me a second one that had no issues and replaced it again for no additional charge. I would use them again.”

“Super happy I did business with these folks. I needed the ABS module on my 1996 Suburban K1500 repaired. I thought I saw my same module on their site but after they received it they did inform me it was different than the usual ones they do for my type of truck. They said “no problem though we feel confident that we can successfully repair it”. Hot damn they did it. Functions as designed now. Huge shoutout for helping keep my 28 year old truck on the road safely. Honestly I felt like the service was worth more than the $140 the asked for. It’s amazing to find a good deal these days. Easy to work with and solid communication. Highly recommend them to any one in need.”
