Took a month just to figure out what was wrong with my car and then after another two weeks of waiting I got fed up and took it somewhere else, They let me know what was wrong with it after one day of looking at the car. My 2016 Mercedes E400 needed an oil change and the washer fluid system was not working (the wipers were fine). Also, my ignition keys were not being recognized. I finally got the car back after 11 days with the wipers no longer working, plus there was now a large black footprint on my beige floormat. The keys and washer fluid operation supposedly needed a sophisticated computer from a Mercedes dealership in order to fix my problems. Nothing was done other than the oil change and my newly accented floormat. Remember this was after 11 days. I immediately went to another independent Mercedes mechanic (Star Auto Care) who fixed everything, including cleaning the floormat, in front of me in the parking lot in about 30 minutes. Obviously, I know where I will be going the next time.Service: Oil change

This auto shop is amazing and true to their promise of dealer service quality without the crazy price. I went in with several big issues and a check engine light and was sure I was in for a massive hit. They quickly identified a single engine valve issue that was amazingly inexpensive to fix. And they didn't tell me I had to fix 8 other things. Top notch@Services: Exhaust

I took my car there and it was expensive for them to fix on thing and they were trying to charge me to look at it again if there was something else wrong. I got my car back and drove it twice and it’s acting even worse then it was before and it’s stuff he didn’t even say was wrong with it. I dont recommend them bc it was 120 for them to look at it and then charge me a lot of labor and then tried to charge me another 120 to look at anything else and my car isn’t even fixed. Very disappointed

SO THANKFULIf you have a European vehicle, this is the BEST establishment in the Upstate. They saved me so much money! They are very reasonable and very trustworthy. I’m very happy I chose to get a second opinion when Meineke quoted me over $2000 for something that wasn’t even needing repair. My car was in at 8:30 and done by 4. I will only be bringing my Volvo here. Thanks guys!

Mitch is a crook. He kept my Volvo for over 2 months and didn't have a clue how to fix it. He charged me for parts that he did not install. One of those parts failed and I had someone else check it and I personally saw that it was old.....not newly replaced. He is a con man....Throws that religious angle at you. Not honest at all. The car was fixed by a 24 yr old Piedmont Tech guy.

I took my 2008 GL-450 in for a very unusual suspension problem (literally 2 wheels were not touching the road) Mitch and his team did an excellent repair job, the car now rides tighter and smother than it ever has. It’s like a new car!!! It did take a little longer than excepted due to them being understaffed due to illness, but that’s understandable especially during these times! I would highly recommend this shop and will be using them for any future repairs.Thanks Mitch!Services: Wheel alignment

My Jetta has been misfiring, and between the 3 mechanics I saw Mitch was able to finally determine the issue! I had a cracked valve causing a vacuum leak. He explained what we explained what needed to be done and was able to assure me that my problem was fixable. I will be using this place again on future car maintance.Services: Electrical repair

It is hard to imagine a worse experience with a business than my experience with Euro Car Specialists. I took my car there for a new A/C compressor and told them I needed my car back as soon as possible. After my car had been there for two weeks, I started calling to check in and the owner starting giving me various reasons why my car wasn't ready. Over the next two weeks the excuses for my car not being done went from 'the temp outside wasn't hot enough to get the freon level set right' to family issues preventing him from working on it, to the problem isn't actually your A/C, it's the blend door or something else. At this point my car had been there for a month and I told them I would pay them for the work done, but I was taking my car back no matter what. When I got my car back it was covered in dust from being parked outside for weeks, the interior was filthy, the shifter boot had been peeled up and not replaced correctly and the A/C still did not work. Just to be done dealing with them I paid what they charged which was an obscene 1200 dollars for incomplete work. After I paid them, I noticed a huge dent and scratch in the passenger door of my car where obviously they had backed another car into the door. They tried to let me leave without telling me about this damage! Probably in hopes I wouldn't notice it for a couple of days and they could dodge responsibility. They did not offer any sort of compensation for the A/C work, although I did get them to agree to fix the damage to the door, but have not heard from then since, and after my horrendous experience so far, I do not have high hopes. My car is a really unusual shade of blue, and I don't think a body shop will be able to match it. Called for Simple break quote. Gave him my vin and he called back with $1200 quote for a simple break job. It’s not even that expensive at the dealership. The owner is a fast talker & tries to make it seem like only he knows anything about cars.... I will NEVER pay 1200 for brakes you are crooks!!!
