Bought a car today. My first ever Subaru vehicle and I'm so pleased!!! I usually don't get cars from a dealership, but last minute I decided to take a chance on this one. I'm very glad I did. Jacob Candiotti was a true professional, and provided great customer service. He definitely shoned in his role as customer loyalty manager, and has made a loyal customer out of me. He was down to earth, knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy at all. He was honest and patient, and took his time to walk me through the process, making sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the purchase. The other staff at the dealership were all personable and helpful. Jacob Webb in the finance dept also deserves a special shout out for his great customer service as well. Keep up the excellent work Fairway Subaru! We appreciate and highly recommend you to others!!!

Just purchased the Ascent, absolutely love it! I’ve owned the Outback prior to this that was unfortunately a total loss from an accident. Subaru is a great company and superior in safety! Fairway Subaru was a pleasure in my buying experience this time, Shaun and Levi really did an awesome job taking care of me! Very knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way!

Excellent service, from the initial online contact, the resulting sale, car instruction and follow up. Salesman even picked me up from the car rental I was using prior to the sale. Plan on using for future service. Highly recommend.

had an absolutely terrible experience here and would give negative stars if i could. I live out of town and when i spoke to the salesman on the phone about the car i wanted, i explained that i had a preapproved loan/interest rate from my bank but wanted to see if they could beat it. after asking for and getting my household income and credit score, he assured me that I would be able to get a lower interest rate through them. I told him that if that is the case I would come the following Saturday but that if he could not guarantee they could beat, i would have to wait because my bank isnt opened on saturdays and i was not going to drive 2+ hours to get there just to find out they couldnt beat it and then have to come back a different day. The salesman assured me they could and asked only for the VIN of my trade in to give me an estimate on my trade in. The estimate of course was for a perfect condition car of that model, which mine was not and i knew that i would get far less when they see it in person but that was fine. I travelled to this dealership, gave them all my info and was told that I would be getting one of the best rates they had seen for a used car. When i was moved from the salesman to the finance guy, that all changed and i was given a rate way above what my bank had pre-approved for. When i complained, i explained to them what i was told by the salesman and that i would not even be there that day if he had not guaranteed they could beat it. The finance guy asked the salesman and he confirmed that he had indeed told me that because he thought they could. Seemed to be a classic "bait and switch" technique that sleezy salesmen and dealers use. Because of this, the sales manager was asked for. When he, JEFF SMITH, came in and was filled in, he said it was not their fault and refused to take responsibility for the failures of the salesman he was responsible for training. I explained that I was lied to, to which JEFF SMITH accused me of lying about the condition of the trade-in and that we were even now. When i tried to explain that the only question i had gotten from the salesman was asking for the VIN of the car over the phone and the trade in was not even a factor at this point , JEFF SMITH proceeded to laugh in my face and say ok sure you did. I will say the one good thing from this experience was that the general manager returned a call from me and informed me that protocol was not followed by the salesman, finance, or the sales manager and apologized. NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH THIS DEALER! especially when they have someone, JEFF SMITH, who openly calls customers a liar and laughs in their faces, running their sales department.

Great dealership. But if you do go, only see Jay Ely. When I say it was the best customer service I have ever gotten before I’m not lying. He listen to everything I said and followed through with it. I purchased the first 24 Crosstrek wilderness for their dealership and he treated the car as if it was his. Could honestly not be happier. Thank you Jay!! From Lauren and Freya

I've purchased two cars from Fairway Subaru, and used their service. All has been great. Especially impressive was my most recent purchase, working with Jacob in the trade-in/trade-up department. He is so easy to work with, super high integrity and able to answer all my questions - no pressure, no hard sales tactics, just customer service all the way!

We have long serviced our Subarus at this dealership and have been pleased working with Ty. When it came time to upgrade our lease we could not have been more happy with our experience. Jacob in the leasing department was great to work with and never made up feel pressured to make a purchase. Piper, the sale managers dog, was only an added bonus. The finance department made the transition between leases easy as well. We walked away extremely pleased with our deal and new Subaru. Highly recommend!

Edit: thank u fairway for reaching out and helping to resolve the issue! I'm happy my little sister can drive confidently again ?Very disappointed in the used car that was sold to us. Within 2 weeks we had several issues come up. It would have been nice to have honest salespeople who are actually going to sell a reliable car. Beware of any used car you buy here especially if it says sell "as is" . They do not care about taking care of their clients.

I just upgraded my Subaru Outback today and appreciate yad the time and effort Anton Dutton and Jacob Cambiate put into making some challenging paperwork easy for me. (As did the agent from my original sale.)Jacob let me to know that I would be able to upgrade my ride at about the same price, which I was unaware of, and he had all the paperwork ready with several lease terms to pick from, answered all my questions and took on extra work like finding me better insurance, and making extra copies of my important personal documents for me. I was also greatful that he did his best to accommodate my mobility issues. Jacob did just about everything I needed, except bringing me breakfast! Lol. I have been very impressed with the dealership over the last several years as well. They provided all the services they said they would, and were always polite and helpful, including things like sending me home in a Lyft when I had to drop my car off.I would definitely recommend Fairway Subaru.

I wanted to take a moment to shout out Sam Cilli. Earlier this year, we bought a 2023 Ascent Onyx. I was impressed by Sam's approach and knowledge of the brand itself. He didn't try to sell the car, but let the car sell itself. He was very personable and was proactive in getting us involved with all the parties for service that we would encounter down the line.It came time that I wanted a new Outback for myself as a daily driver. Unfortunately, Fairway didn't have exactly what I was looking for, and the timing was off. I was able to find one in Atlanta, but Sam went above and beyond to look at the deal they were presenting, and advocating for his service techs at Fairway because I'd be using them for service. Sam is an asset to Fairway, and is not only a sales person....he's become a personal consultant. Kudos to Sam and Subaru for an excellent experience.

Best service advisors I have ever dealt with. I took our new Subaru Ascent in for a recall and they treated me with quality customer care. The waiting room and amenities are very nice and comfortable. The only reason that I did not give a 5 star review is the price of the routine maintenance and mark up on parts. I understand in this post COVID world everything is more expensive so I decided to do a few small items at our local shop which doesn't mind if you acquire your own new parts and bring them in. I understand their policy and will be back for the scheduled recommended maintenance by a qualified Subaru Tech. I believe that's one reason the cars last for 200k plus miles. Great service, Thanks!
